We bought a tour to this place in Ginza Travel. It was a standard package in a hammam. We were at the procedure with a friend and husband.
I'll start with scrubbing and foam massage. Kesse glove scrubbing and foam massage are done by men. It was very hurried and rude. They were lasciviously smacking their lips and in the process one of the workers got an erection. In addition, we lay on cold marble for the whole procedure and were doused with cold water. In general, the three of us had the impression that we were washed like "chicken in soup". The overall impression was that it was disgusting.
After that, we went out into a nice courtyard, but the furniture in it was killed. The leather mattresses on the sun beds were cracked, and there was a smell from the trash can.
After that, we were invited for a massage. The massage improved the impression a little, but in the process we were smeared with very greasy oil, which did not absorb but just flowed and smelled so-so too.
I do not recommend it, especially if you are visiting the hammam for the first time!

The advantages are the polite staff, clean and beautiful rooms and that's it. Among the disadvantages - a large flow of tourists, a long waiting time for the procedure, the peeling itself is a few minutes, the massage is purely nominal. Of the advantages, they also offered to repeat the procedures for free when I left my negative feedback at the reception

Not a bad place. Only the imposition of services is very annoying, first at the reception. Then also in the massage room. Without even looking at the condition of my back, they claim that I need a back massage. And there is not enough time, more is indicated in the package. You have to wait longer than the procedures themselves
