A completely unexpected discovery! A surprisingly large (four floors) and interesting museum that tells about the history of Uzbekistan through the prism of contemporary writers. There are many paintings, sculptures, books and quotes from them.
The museum, it seems, has not been restored since the Soviet era, it would not hurt to update the exposition, but even in its current state it is an amazing find in the middle of Tashkent.
