Hello everyone! I was driving past the Pilaf Museum and decided to take 3 servings with me for lunch. I took the festive Avaz aka (that's what it was called), the usual festive pilaf, the usual portion as everywhere for 45,000, but they have such a pilaf costs 96,000, in total for 3 servings I gave 288,000 soums. I consider it a pure dilution!

We recently visited an Uzbek cuisine restaurant, decorated in the style of a pilaf museum, and were very impressed! The atmosphere of the restaurant immerses in the rich culture of Uzbekistan: the walls are decorated with traditional patterns, and exhibits related to the history of pilaf create a unique entourage. The place is so-so, only the name attracts. You can sit in the yard, but it's a hell of a lot of darkness inside. The setting is more suitable for kolannaya. The pilaf is good, there is no bazaar, but honestly for once, as it does not differ in any way from other places except for the price. Mostly tourists, few locals. The staff is polite.

However, there was a feeling that something was successful and something was not. The impression of incompleteness. As for the kitchen, we ordered pilaf. He was not pleased with the taste - the usual option, which is often cooked even better in proven places like Rayhon. I attributed these shortcomings to a recent discovery and possible unsettled processes. The second visit with colleagues: a complete disappointment We decided to give the institution a second chance and went in with our colleagues.From the threshold in the main hall, the complete absence of a restaurant atmosphere was noticeable: excessive noise, semi-darkness, and a sense of disorder. There was no music playing, and the furnishings and furniture looked more like a dining room in a business center. The first impression was negative. We asked for a quieter place to chat. We ordered trout and carp. Unfortunately, we were disappointed here too.: 1. The serving of the dishes was radically different from the photos on the menu. 2. The trout had a strange, unpleasant smell, clearly hinting that the fish was not fresh. The smell immediately killed my appetite. 3. The carp was also not pleased with either the taste or the performance. Staff reaction We reported the problem to the waiter.Instead of trying to fix the situation (by offering to replace the dish or removing it from the bill), he began to argue and prove that such a fish smell is normal. After several arguments, as a gesture of "compensation", they brought us a fruit plate, the quality of which also left much to be desired. Everyone in the company didn't like this place.In my opinion, it is too overrated. I don't recommend spending money and time there. It is better to choose any other trusted restaurant so as not to spoil your evening. The management of the Pilaf Museum still has a lot to learn in the field of hospitality and cuisine. So far, this is not a restaurant, but only an unfinished beautiful place where there is no atmosphere or delicious food.

You shouldn't come! The staff is not responsive, they waited sooo long, they brought warm pilaf, the salty assortment is terrible, the staff forgets the order or when ordering from two servings, bring only one. The price and quality do not match!!!! Shame on the caravan group!!!!

Plus, the concept of the institution is 10/10. A huge disadvantage is that the price is too high, pilaf is not tastier, but most likely worse than in Samosh or Beshkozon. There was a feeling, they just want to recapture the invested money for the year.

A colorful and very interesting restaurant. I advise tourists! It conveys the atmosphere of Uzbekistan and the East as a whole. I tried three types of pilaf, I liked all of them. Prices for Tashkent are more expensive than average, but for a tourist from Russia they are absolutely normal. The Russian card of the UninoPay system is accepted. There are also show programs in the evenings, but I didn't have time for them.
