The director of the museum, Svetlana Strogina, is always in contact with visitors, and is HAPPY to share her knowledge and impressions. Everyone is interested in the museum: both children and adults. The museum is named after V.K.Belynichsky-Biruli. He is certainly a talented artist. It's a blessing that you can see the paintings and enjoy their beauty.
