I was at a vocal trial class. Everything was fine. I have even more enthusiasm for learning! I even managed to relax. After the first trial lesson, I decided to sign up for the next time and buy a subscription, but since the terminal was not working, the administrator offered to leave an advance payment so that the discount on the subscription would remain (at that time there were promotions for subscriptions).
So I signed up for the next lesson.
As a person who values my time and other people's, I arrived a little earlier. The teacher arrived at the appointed time. As a result, it turned out that the administrator was not in place, and we could not get into the office, since the keys were in the administrator's office.
After 15 minutes of waiting, I personally decided to call the administrator. No one answered the phone. All this time, the teacher wrote to the group in the hope of finding out where the key was. But even here, everyone was silent.
I wanted to wait, but I ran out of patience. I had enough for 30 minutes of waiting.
The most interesting thing started later.
The guy called, apologized, said force majeure, offered to reschedule the recording. I refused, saying that I would come and collect my prepayment. No one objected.
After that, the girl called, apologized, said that the administrator was ill, offered another free lesson and 20% on the subscription. And this time I refused.
After that, the head of this institution called, it is clear that she apologized for the inconvenience and offered even more favorable conditions. And then my refusal.
If you have an employee who is ill, there should be a replacement and yes, learn how to answer the phone.
It's not about the money!

To the head, violation of cash discipline entails consequences. For half a year of payment, a check has never been issued. Teacher Irina is a very good specialist (vocals).
