I really liked the store.
I bought a ukulele remotely, chose FLIGHT NUB310 (baritone) and FLIGHT NUT310 (tenor) from two models from the same manufacturer. I myself live in Brest, and it was not possible to test these models in local stores, so it was a matter of choice. The store went to a meeting - they sent me two ukuleles + extras. accessories according to my order. I paid for two deliveries. Upon receipt, I chose and paid for the product that I liked, and I sent back the ukulele that was not selected. When placing an order, the staff (consultants Ilya Moskalenko and Vladislav Manzhurtsev) behaved as professionally as possible: they clarified all the points of the order in the messenger, as well as by phone call. I am satisfied with the result! I'm enjoying playing the instrument I bought!

I constantly buy guitar accessories here. The prices are affordable, in comparison with other stores in Minsk, even some of the lowest.

I want to thank the music market team for their help in choosing the instrument, in particular, I want to note the excellent advice from Vlad in the store. The guys have a wide selection of instruments for all tastes, the store perfectly implements the idea of dividing into halls: a separate hall for acoustic guitars, separate for electric guitars, separate bass, there is a recording room, etc. Any instrument in the store can be touched, played, when choosing a specific instrument, it is opened out of the box in front of you.
As a result, I bought my guitar in another store, but it was thanks to a very good consultation from the guys at the music market that I began to understand a little more the aspects and subtleties of choosing a guitar. The guys will answer any question, give you a comparison of several tools, very skillfully guide and support you with the choice, and do not try to persuade you to buy any particular model.

I have a mixed opinion about this store. After I came across a low-quality service and left a review about it, the head of the store contacted me, apologized and offered free maintenance and tuning of the guitar. Since I serviced my instrument elsewhere, I decided to borrow a guitar from friends and gave it to this workshop.
The master was unhappy that he would have to do additional work, and tried in every possible way to "jump off" his obligations. As a result, the work was done efficiently, but the atmosphere was tense — I had to call, clarify details and persevere.
Once again, I am convinced that communication with the client should not be left to the discretion of the performers, and also the performer should not be appointed the only one responsible for the result of the work. Maybe I was just unlucky, but this is my experience.

A great store for buying tools. There is a master at the store who performs the necessary work on setting up the guitar. I ordered a custom tool (which was not in stock). Delivery within the agreed time frame, the product met expectations. Using the serial number, I checked the authenticity of the product with the employees of the manufacturer's company in Mexico. Everything is fine, the product is real (not fake), this is very important in real life. Product prices are democratic and authoritarian (expensive, don't take it if you want _)) my guitar from Mexico, bought here, is almost twice as expensive as there.
