It is very dirty - there is garbage and cigarette butts all around, despite the proximity of a half-empty urn. A chain link and barbed wire separate you from the residential area - it's safe to walk. There is a taxi stand on the site.

The place is wonderful, the high point, the magnificent views. And yes, it's better not to go one at a time. There are no lanterns in the night either. We went up the paved road and down the other side, in the direction of the port. In the afternoon. But it's still a little creepy. There are no streets. There are only stairs down between the houses of local residents. On the other hand, the road is quite civil.
