I was buying a violin. The model that I originally wanted turned out to be defective (they warned me right away). They offered two alternatives, I chose the one that is more expensive in price, but in the end I was satisfied with the purchase. Now this violin is my joy:) p.s.of the advantages, polite staff, answered all questions, helped with the choice, brought at the agreed time.

The availability and prices on the site do not match. You place an order through the shopping cart, the product is displayed in stock, the manager calls back and says that there is no product. He assures that he will bring it to order, but at a higher price. I agree. It takes three delivery periods and there is no product. Competitors have a product, please. And I'm told that they haven't shipped it to anyone from the factory again. Although it is available on the website. In general, the Cantor. I don't recommend it...
