They don't give us any information for 2 days, no one calls, Ivan said, wait up to 15 days for a response from the factory! So no! Your store fulfills its obligations to us, we did not buy from the factory! To my claim that they do not intend to wait so long, he said contact and write wherever you want!!! I'll tell you honestly, Ivan, if such an employee worked in my store, it would be your last working day! You are clearly out of place!
