On the same day, I sent it back to the service (And again at my expense). It takes about 6 weeks from my first request under warranty, no news from the store. I call the store and say that since the warranty repair period has long exceeded 30 days, I want to get my money back for the goods or replace the goods with a new one. To which the manager sends me and gives out that this is not a warranty case at all, and in general I should idolize them for fixing it. As a result, the master calls in a day and says that he will send the projector back in the evening. We were looking forward to it... The projector comes and I see that the warranty service form is empty, and the projector is all fucked up, the power button is broken and the power connector is bent...
