Мфц из серии Сделай сам... Очереди к компьютерной технике. Помощи нет. Документы сканируются в общую папку, которую видят все. Это полный трындец.

В мфц есть отдел загс. Работает 1 сотрудник. Берёшь талон в здании мфц и ждёшь 2 часа. Очередь огромная. Половина людей просто уходили. Потом тебе говорят, что рабочий день кончается и принять всех не успеть. Приходите в другой раз. Идиотизм. Услуга на 5 мин, сдать документы всего лишь. Некоторые оформляли родство или наследство, меняли фамилии по 20-30 минут ждали их.
