Обращалась, быстрое обслуживание, грамотные работники, отзывчивые. Документы приняли , всё рассказали, подсказали. В помещении чистота. Спасибо.

Приходила за паспортом, женщина которая его выдавала сказала в определённый день придти, я пришла, она мне нахамила. К тому же и дату выдачи в паспорте не правильно указали

Персонал очень мало, чем обязуется помочь, в случае, когда услуга не имеет денежной оплаты . В частности, госуслуги, оказались им полностю" неподвластны"Решить всё, возникшие вопросы, мне предложили обратившись на номер горячей линии или своими силами. А вот оформлени паспорта сыну -не вызвало затруднений.
