I have been visiting this place for many years, but in the last 3 visits I have been a little disappointed with the service. The kitchen is delicious as always, they cook quickly. Service : The waiter brought the dishes first, then the salads. We are sitting in a company talking, and after the whole order has been delivered, the waiter comes up in 10 minutes and says I can take away the extra dishes, of course there are none! Interrupts the conversation and asks for the dishes!!! It takes another 10 minutes for the waiter to come up who doesn't even serve us and says I can pick up the dishes again, we say no, because everything is full, we haven't eaten anything yet. And so for the whole evening, they came right out of their hands and almost wanted to take the plates away, until I raised my tone and asked them not to come any more! They asked for an invoice, they asked what the payment was, and I said QR. The bill arrived, and the waiter immediately stood over his soul with a terminal in his hands, not even giving him time to get acquainted with the bill! There are no questions or complaints about the kitchen! But the waiters are annoying, and it's been the same 3 times already!

There was a feeling that none of the staff was interested in us. It's very sad, because it was pretty good there. I think the administration of the institution should reconsider its approach to visitors, otherwise people who appreciate comfort and delicious food will stop coming here.

You guys have gone bad, yesterday I already expressed my complaints about the service to the waiters and the manager. Why do you sell alcohol in bottles and consider them glasses? People always take a bottle because it's cheaper than exchanging glasses. I brought guests from another country to show my friends the city, but in the end everyone was upset. We left 60k for four, while choosing only two positions from the dishes. We got very spoiled, there was an empty hall for a reason, I won't set foot on you anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone. Unreasonably high prices, what are you pretending to be anyway?

In the summer, my friend, inspired by my stories, also chose this place for a holiday. Despite the fact that I live in another city, each of my visits to Kostanay was accompanied by trips to this institution. Unfortunately, the level of service is getting worse every time. On one of my recent visits, I asked the girl at the entrance about the availability of seats on the second floor, but they just ignored me! Well, today I came to lunch with a friend, and the situation was disappointing again. No one greeted us at the entrance, and no one said goodbye at the exit. These are the basic standards of service, and their absence immediately sets up a negative mood. We asked the waiter to serve the dishes at the same time. However, our request was ignored: first, a friend's dish was brought, and I waited another 10-15 minutes for mine. The pasta I ordered was too salty, and the minced meat had an unpleasant burnt taste. I couldn't even finish eating. I wanted to turn to the waiter to ask him to re-prepare the dish, but he just didn't fit. The music was playing so loud that we could barely talk! However, what angers me most is the waiters' approach to service. After the order was accepted and delivered, the waiter simply disappeared. If I wanted to order something extra, I had to approach it myself. It was almost impossible to wait for the bill, although we were in a hurry. The waiter was either chatting at the counter or at the Christmas tree. As a result, after 20 minutes of our futile attempts to signal, I had to get up to look for another waiter and ask him to bring the bill! And this is despite the fact that there were about 9 occupied tables in the hall, and there were 5-6 waiters on the floor. And an ILLEGAL SERVICE FEE is also charged for such maintenance. How can I charge it if the service leaves much to be desired? This place was once my favorite, but now I can no longer recommend it!

I went in for breakfast, the girl at the reception said that I could sit on any floor. I went up to the second floor, the waiter said that breakfast is available only on the ground floor. I ordered porridge (super!) and scrambled eggs (slightly burnt). Chairs with a semicircular back on the second floor are extremely uncomfortable; tables on the first floor with a wide counter also do not allow you to comfortably place your feet.

We were with the family on Thursday. We got an absolutely charming waiter with cute glasses, mega polite, caring and at the same time unobtrusive. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name. The order arrived quickly. We were satisfied with all the dishes, we really liked the crispy salad with chicken!!! The portions are miniature. And of course desserts: napoleon, tiramisu, chocolate, roll... Fresh, moderately sweet! And I was very pleased with the carnation on the table.

The place is beautiful) I am from St. Petersburg myself and I have something to compare it with, so I will note some BUT. The guy ordered a machete and didn't ask for roasting, didn't even ask how you like the dish. We waited a very long time for the waiter to ask for the bill (on the 2nd floor), paid in cash and brought just a check, the money was given to the waiter, which is not very pleasant. And in general, when you call My Flow, they won't even say goodbye to you in the end. The dishes are delicious, the concept is cool, the menu is good, but the service is so-so. I don't want to leave a tip :/
