We stayed at this hotel from 01.09 to 09.09 this year. I really liked the hotel, the territory is green, the pools are large, there is always a place to swim, I also liked riding the slides, even though there are only three of them. The food is delicious, every day something new is added to the menu, you can always find something to eat. The sea is great, warm as fresh milk. There were waves all the time, but it wasn't a problem for us, it was more fun. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool and by the sea, you can find a free one at any time. Every night there was a different show, we went to everything, it was very interesting, fun, colorful. It's clear that the artists are giving their best and trying their best. The rooms are also cleaned for 5+, towels and bed linen were changed every day, we were pleased with the service. The animators are great! They really know a lot about their business, they know how to attract anyone.(animator Velina is our love) The bartenders are also great, they understand everything in Russian, the beer is good, the cocktails are excellent (I especially liked the Summer Wind!) We enjoyed the rest, only positive emotions remained🥰

Great hotel. We checked into a luxury room with a beautiful view for a fee. The room was clean, cleaned every day. Clean towels. Shampoos, hair conditioner, soap, shower gel are all there. Because the flight was delayed for 13 hours and we were waiting at the airport for that time. The hotel has prepared a cake for us as a present. 5 meals a day. Swedish service station, a large selection. It was very tasty, and during the day you could get drinks, coffee and something to eat at the bar. There is also a themed kitchen day every day. You can also choose either Georgian cuisine or Italian cuisine from the hotel. You need to book in advance, as you have to wait 2-3 days. And then you need to sign up at a certain time. Unfortunately, it's inconvenient and we didn't have time to sign up. Every evening there was some kind of show and during the day there was some kind of entertainment program. The beach is about 500 m from the hotel, well, in principle, it's not a problem to walk. There are many married couples and children. Well, in principle, they didn't interfere with the rest. There are three swimming pools, slides, and a gym on site. There was also a hammam. We went for a massage for $40. We didn't regret going. We did a pilling, a face mask, a full-body massage, and a hammam. It's worth it.

We had a family vacation from July 19th to 26th. I rate the hotel at four. They brought us early. Around 8 a.m. For early check-in, it was hinted that you need to pay. We decided not to spend money. We ate, changed our clothes in the bathroom and went to the beach. We were checked in at exactly 14.00. The room was in block D (from the balcony you can see the river, the highway and the sea). It was quite quiet in the building, we didn't hear any neighbors. The track didn't interfere in any way either. The number is clearly updated. Upon check-in, I had to call the reception twice to ask for a soda (there was only water in the refrigerator). Soap and soap accessories included soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no toothpaste or brushes. There was no bathrobe or slippers either. But we didn't really need them. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed every day, bed linen in my opinion every other day (I did not understand). We liked the building. In the evening, you could sit in the lobby of the building, it was quiet, but the air conditioners were weak, so it was not very comfortable to sit. There was enough food. We took our usual dishes. There was fish every day (grilled and fried whole). I enjoyed the fish day (there was enough seafood, there was enough for everyone). There was a lot of different chocolate on the Turkish night. We wanted to take out a little, but for some reason they turned us around, supposedly we couldn't. Although we have seen that people take out😏 (when I was in another Turkish hotel, it was possible to take out there without any problems at all). I didn't understand the Mexican day. The chefs cooked deliciously. But there were constant queues... it doesn't matter when you arrive (at the beginning, in the middle or at the end). Sometimes it was difficult to find a table. I noticed that the waiters were suitable to serve foreigners. However, once a young boy who waited tables outside offered to bring some drinks. On the penultimate day, we met the Germans. A waiter quickly approached them, offering to serve them. In general, the waiters promptly clean the tables-there are no complaints here. I would like to mention the drinks separately. Alcohol seems to be specifically diluted. It doesn't feel at all. The beer is non-alcoholic, I think. Alcoholic cocktails are similar to juice (again, I compare them with another Turkish hotel). The selection of cocktails is sparse. Juices from vending machines are so-so. Soda will do. It's not clear about snack bars. There were no snacks🤔 Ice cream was served by the hour (from 14 to 16, from 19.30 to 21.00) I can't say much about animation. The animation in the afternoon was at the main pools. We only swam there once, and went to concerts in the evening. But I didn't really like it. After the program, there was a paid lottery. There were no discos. One day there was live music, and people danced a little there. The beach was not far from the hotel. It's quite comfortable to get there. The beach is sandy, the bottom is excellent. But the stones were annoying in some places... somehow I even hurt my leg because I didn't notice the stone. The rocks in the water were annoying, to be honest. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach (unlike the sun beds at the main pools -it was always busy there). There was a bar with drinks on the beach from 10 to 18. From 12 to 16, the food department was open (you could make a burger, take fish, fresh apples, and baked vegetables). In general, I liked the rest more. But I compared everything with a vacation in another hotel (the price was not much different from that hotel)-the other hotel cost me more.
