The location is good (close to the port and metro), the admin is friendly (but hardly speaks English), otherwise everything is bad. The room is dirty and shabby, the window smells like a restaurant hood from below and the air conditioners are very noisy, there is an unpleasant smell in the room. After "cleaning" the room, there were sunflower seeds and debris on the floor, while the room was not ready by the time of arrival. The hotel has one narrow staircase (and the reception also needs to go up), there is no elevator, keep in mind if you are traveling with bulky luggage.

Very dirty and dirty rooms. It smells like cigarettes, but the candy can't help the smell, it's ingrained. There is no elevator/ramp, but these are small things in the background

Impossible. Noise, dirt, mold. We stayed in December, it was just terrible. Plus one star for the administrators, they are very responsive, although they can not help in any way.
