At self-service ticket offices, it happens that the prices of goods are higher than on the price tags, the goods are not in the list, but there is a similar one, but at a higher price (so remember the prices and the name of the goods without a barcode!). There is not always a sales consultant who will help. All this spoils the impression of the store. But recently a fandomat was installed to accept plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Although there is usually a queue there.

I made a pre-order for pizzas on 02/21. for Friday, in advance. By the time I called, almost all the time before lunch was scheduled, I wanted to place an order after 14:30. The girl on the phone suggested the time of 13:50, assuring that everything would be ready by that time. As a result, on Friday 23.02 I arrive at the appointed time-the order is not ready. I understand everything, there may be delays due to the large number of orders, BUT I was told that "we have moved your order by 30 minutes, it seems, since our management made an order in this interval." Is this a normal attitude in your opinion? Besides me, there were several other people with the same problem, of course we asked for guidance, which came out only 20 minutes later, and in response to our remark they replied modestly "sorry". Terrible service and attitude to people!
