What happened to the meat grinder? For me, there has always been the most delicious shawarma there. But over the past year, she has been disappointing with every order. Okay, if there is an isolated case, but absolutely every time throughout the year they make shawarma very badly. Pita bread is dry as a biscuit and does not even crumble, but large dry pieces simply fall off. I always take hot sauce and every time you won't guess which one you'll get and whether you'll get it at all) Once they forgot to put it to me (anything happens, it's okay), but I was refused a request to redo it and just poured a little bit of sauce on the bitten shawarma.... I don't know what to say. And no matter at which point I ordered, they did poorly in all three. And today's order, unfortunately, did not meet the old expectations. Pita bread is very dry, like the whole shawarma in general, not nourished at all.
Judging by the estimates in Yandex, I'm not the only one who noticed the changes in this institution. I hope after many reviews something will change for the better) I put 10/10 on the old meat grinder, and now it's 2.

The courier arrived at 00.20-30
They called , wrote , looked for a courier , they didn 't pick up the phones, they didn 't answer the insta !
We ordered rolls, one of them is baked, they arrived cold, the same as pizzas
Ruined the whole mood ! I wanted to congratulate a person at 00.00 , but here you are
The order was taken away because other establishments were no longer working .

I decided to order delivery yesterday on 07/19/07, went to the website, chose a set for 30 rubles, wrote the change from 50 and by 23:10

I'm standing at the bus stop, the courier calls at 22:20 I arrived, to which I replied well, I ordered by 11 I'm not at home so I can't say anything. Not only was the set baked and I was worried that it would be like a cold rag. So I also called the cafe and they told me not to worry it won't be cold and like the courier is to blame, although they made an order at 9 for some reason. Because of this, I had to take a taxi at a fast pace. I give 50 rubles to which the courier says no change, I was not told... He is shocked like me, so also the funniest thing was that 5 rubles were charged for delivery, there is no word about this on the site! I'm calling to figure out what they're telling me, so all the regulars know what the delivery is, they didn't answer my question why it wasn't indicated on the site, they said we'd fix it. A good courier charged me for the delivery, and wished me a good evening, a great guy, I think he won't take delivery there anymore. And at the same time, the meat grinder does not answer me in the insta, where I threw off that the total amount is 30 rubles, but not 35, the meat grinder is not aware of the consumer rights, you can perfectly apply for them, but 1 star for delicious sushi all the same...
