I'm visiting this place for the first time, The first impression is the service, in particular the waiter Malika, as soon as I turned around, they took our order. I also want to mention the kitchen and the bar, perhaps the best barbecue in the city, as for the bar, I was pleasantly surprised by the beer unlimited for 5k promotion, which is quite profitable. A good place for a family dinner, anniversary celebrations and friendly gatherings. Excellent cuisine and well-trained staff. A great discount on Birthday parties. In general, I recommend a mandatory visit.

I ordered a barbecue through Yandex.Food. A long blond hair was found in one of the portions (in pickled onions) — the fact is recorded in the photo. Instead of correctly refunding the cost of one serving, the restaurant staged a protracted and meaningless dialogue: they offered certificates, "compliments", invited them to come to the hall, but they did not issue a refund, referring to the fact that Yandex had allegedly already compensated the order (which is not true — there was only a minor promo code). The situation is especially unpleasant because I was feeding a baby at the time of the discovery. The question is not about the amount, but about the attitude towards the client. Instead of a quick and adequate solution, it's avoiding responsibility. I don't plan to order here anymore.
