We visited this institution in Tula and fell in love, so on a trip to Minsk we came here purposefully and went almost every day. The best hookahs are here, they do everything as you ask, both in strength (we like light ones) and in taste. The kitchen wasn't bad, but the croutons were a little damp.

We were on Sunday the 18th in the evening. As you know, there are not many people. 5 tables at most. It's true that someone had a bachelorette party. The waiters just ignored us. I liked the atmospheric place the most of all the mint. The kitchen is wonderful. Minus for the hookah, I asked for a fruit one with a chill, they brought it without even realizing that, at first it was bitter, then it was just heavy and not tasty. The coal was changed 1 time at the end.

Alcohol is not the most delicious. The waiters can't tell you anything. Quote: "I don't drink it, I can't tell you anything." Wait for orders from the bar for 30 minutes on average, then they will definitely forget something and inform for another 20 minutes.

They celebrated their birthday on May 27th. There was a dish of beef medallions that tasted terribly like shish kebab and tough, potatoes overexposed, dry. we ordered a Pornstar cocktail, there should have been a piece of passion fruit on top, but it was not there and the waiter took away this cocktail that was unfinished.

However, due to the fact that there are no partitions between the tables, I do not hear the girls, but the conversations of the neighboring tables, which is not very comfortable. Waiter service - the menu is taken away after the order. If you want to order something, you need to call the waiter to bring the menu, then just choose and call the waiter again.
Hookah masters - a young guy came up, I have not yet met worse service (although a regular smoker), they did not put on a mouthpiece as it should be in a normal institution (yes, I noticed that too)) After accepting the order, not everything is so bad. The hookah was made as I originally said - horror. According to strength, according to knowledge, tobacco is 0. According to the flavors, too.
Another master redid the hookah - in general, it's not bad, but I saw overheating initially. They don't ask how the hookah is smoked. That's why I'm giving you one star.
It was the first time I saw such a poor service from the masters. Somehow, the bitter truth is better than the sweet lie))

We were in this mint on Saturday, celebrating my birthday. When I booked the place, the key moment for me was the music, which was promised here from 22:00. As a result, the DJ played until 00:30 and began to gather, since the institution is until 2, we planned to dance later. Before that, I clarified and was told that the music is dance, in the end, nothing like that. I was completely shocked when the receptionist said that they themselves had recently found out about the DJ's departure at 1 a.m. The moment, the DJ was already wearing a jacket at 00:30 and he had not started playing before, as the administrator said. I've never written bad reviews, but my holiday was ruined. I planned everything in advance and asked about the music 100 times. That's not how it's done. But I want to express my great gratitude to the waiter Victor, we still need to look for such people: smiling, polite, courteous and talkative. He communicated with us from the bottom of his heart, it was felt, he managed to improve our mood after this situation. The place is half empty, no one even came close to dancing even before 00:30, as the music was not dancing. I'm upset(

Впервые пишу негативный отзыв.
Но, это ребята высший край..
Вчера пришли с подругой в данное заведение, заказали кальян, ипод пиво пивной сет,в состав сета входили куриные крылья. Подруга откусил кусочек и тут же выплюнула, мясо испорчено, даже на запах оно было таким...
На нашу просьбу уточнить, что же с мясом, пришла официант и взяла одно крыло на пробу шеф-повар....
Вернулась она со словами "Мясо хорошее, это соус просто такой".....
Серъезно???? Ни извините, ни давайте переделаем, ничего...
Нам просто принесли счёт, мы находясь в полном шоке, конечно же не стали ругаться, оплатили, и ушли....
Сама работаю в сфере ресторанов, такое отношение НЕДОПУСТИМО!!!!!!!!!
Кальян был хороший.
В это место больше не ногой!!!!
Взяла с собой два крыла, чтоб попробовал парень, его чуть не стошнило.....

Неплохое заведение, хотя, по моему мнению, не лучшая мята среди всех остальных мят в городе Минске.
Кухня 70 на 30. Что-то идеально, что-то могло быть и получше приготовлено. Персонал. По большей части, вежливый) однако дождётся официанта иногда не возможно. Приходится ждать минут 10,15,20. Иногда заказываешь стакан сока, а тебе его несут минут 20. Ну как несут… подзываешь официанта, а он оказывается забыл про сок.
Кальян. Вопросов к кальяну нет. Все хорош, долгий, приятный.
Настольные игры. Здесь жирный минус. Все игры потрепаны жизнью. Большая часть потеряна или украдена, порвана или или ещё что-нибудь. Ответ на это: ну а что вы хотите, им уже 5 лет.
Интерьер. Хороший, классическая мята. Минус, что если звонишь и заказываешь столик на 10+ человек, то тебе говорят: конечно приходите. В итоге, оказывается что вы будете сидеть за разными столами. Непродуманно. Если уж нет возможности разместить столько человек за одним столом, сообщайте это заранее.
Вывод. Заведение более-менее. Но… мероприятия здесь проводить не стоит, поиграть с друзьями в настольные игры вы не сможете. Тем не менее, кальян и кухня здесь хорошие. Хотя по кухне мне больше нравится на Хмельницкого и на Скорины. Отметка одобрено кокобаем под вопросом.

Блин, не зашло мне это заведение. Кальянщика не дощваться, кальян нормально не курился т.к. То ли углей не хватало, то ли табака...попросил администратора позвать кальянщика прошло 10-15 минут, потом он за углями пошел ещё 10 минут...благо раскурился потом кальян. Официант хотел зачем забрать половину бургеры и целый поднос картофеля... Потом когда я доел этот поднос лежал 30 минут перед носом...загадка для меня. Ну так чтобы мне захотелось придти сюда ещё раз, то нет. Хотя интерьер приятный, диваны удобные, публика вроде адекватная.

Отличное заведение, бывали не раз, но оставляет осодок время от времени(
Дабы не быть многословным, раскжу про случай случившейся в прошедшие выходные.
У девушки было день рождения 31.01(вторник), заведение предоставляет скидку на данное событие, но только на ближайшие 3 дня. Как и у всех, решили праздновать в ближайшие выходные (субботу). За ранее приехали в заведение забронировать стол, спросить могут ли пойти на уступки продлить время скидки, на что получили точный ответ:- да!
Наступила суббота, празднику быть, отметили отлично, блюда/кальян на высоте, но в конце праздника приносят счет, и о чудо, никакой скидки нет, а на смене уже другой администратор который не вкурсе ситуации и ничем помочь не может)
В целом всё ок, но осадок остался, ведь неприятно когда обещают одно, а после пожимают плечами и даже не проявляют желания разобраться в ситуации.

Безумно понравилось это место. Вчера с друзьями отдыхали довольно большой компанией.
Был предварительно сделан большой заказ с некоторыми пожеланиями. Администратор постаралась максимально для нас все урегулировать и помочь
Начнем с места : очень приятная атмосфера, непринужденная, очень хороший дизайн.
Что касаемо персонала, то вообще, нет слов.
Наше сердце покорил официант Антон. Он с большим профессионализмом работал. Все понимает с полу слова. Очень терпеливый и комфортный работник. Честно, мы в восторге от него))) (вся компания в восторге)
Отдельное спасибо администратору Юлии, которая заправляла этим всем процессом и контролировала, чтобы все было по плану и в порядке))
Благодарим Мяту за таких сотрудников и шикарное место, где можно собраться большой и дружной компанией, и отметить праздник!!!
