I still did not understand whether the system works with calling a waiter or hookah master through a QR code, no one has ever reacted to this.
It was impossible to pay the bill using gadgets (phone, watch), only physically plastic or cash. It may have already been fixed.

It seems to be positioned as a luxury establishment. Prices - well, the usual in Minsk, nothing special. However, if you want to sing karaoke - you are definitely not here. The attitude of the guards and the presenters is simply disgusting. It is very strange that in order to sing a song, it is necessary to "eat + drink" 60 re per person. At the same time, all the tables that have not fulfilled the norm for this amount are quietly singing. It's unpleasant to be inside.
I will pay tribute to hookah and waiters - they do their job, and thank you for that.
The incomprehensible policy of the institution, pay more and, perhaps, you will perform 1 song. The question is not about money, the question is about attitude, which, alas, is very lame
If you want to relax, go to a regional city or a smaller city. It will definitely be better there.

I ordered a table and a menu for the DR in a month, everything was discussed several times. As a result: the DR was ruined! The jamb on the jamb, for which the administrator wrote everything down, is unclear. It was stated that the gift for the doctor was a bottle of sparkling wine, a cake, congratulations from the team, a photo report - in the end, none of this happened. I ordered cocktails with predictions , especially for my company - there were no predictions on the glasses, the action allegedly ended, thanks only to the waiter Dmitry, corrected the situation. I won't write about other little things anymore...
Our request to approach the administrator was ignored. The waiter guys are great, there are no questions, and thank you to the administrator (the blonde girl with the square) for the spoiled holiday, which was planned for a month.

Отдыхали в этом заведение не один раз ,все было всегда культурно, приятно и весело.Сегодня не успели зайти в данное заведение и охраник успел нахомить и сказать ,что нам не место в данном заведении ,так как перед этим употребили спиртные напитки и даже девочка администратор не успела ничего сказать.Хочу получить обоснованны доводы по каким критериям вы определяете людей.В данном заведении я видела не один раз людей в стадии в алкогольного опьянении

Часто заруливала, приятный персонал, быстрая подача, кальяны мастер хорошо дает консультации и прислушивается к пожеланиям, так же как и официанты по блюдам и напиткам. Рекомендую к посещению 🌹

We were at your institution on 27.01 . We rest at your place very often, which prompted me to write a review.
What suddenly happened to the atmosphere of the place?! We wanted to sing and dance, but in the end we sat all evening. I wanted to listen to the singing of the guests (which is not always good), more than the music that was playing between karaoke!
I will hope that this was an isolated incident.

Очередной раз посещаем данное заведение, и всегда оно оставляет только положительные впечатления. Особенное внимание хочется обратить на кальянных мастеров Артёма и Женю. Всегда прислушиваются к нашим вкусовым предпочтениям и делают всё на высшем уровне, даже если не получается получить желаемый вкус и крепость с первого раза, предлагают заменить или исправить кальян бесплатно. Также приятны в общении как и весь персонал

They called to book a table, there was not a word about the deposit,they came ordered drinks and food,the waiter comes up and says that the deposit per person would be 40 rubles, well, no problem)
They brought three cold burgers , and one with undercooked meat , cocktails and one ice !The only thing was delicious tea, that's right 10/10
After that, the most interesting thing began, we got a check for 240 rubles, but the microphones were not brought to us for 5 hours while we were sitting there, saying that we had not made a deposit, another waiter came up and said that the deposit was 50 rubles, and then immediately changed to 60))))After that , a backing vocalist came up to us and started yelling at us in the literal sense of the word that the deposit was not fulfilled and ran back to the bar to give the microphone to her friends
The evening is ruined, the mood is 0 , not a foot in mint anymore

Самые лучшие кальянные мастера . Подобрали все по моему очень утонченному вкусу! Даже подошёл сам кальянный шев и поинтересовался как ощущения! Ну и конечно холодник на самом высшем уровне! Главное не место, а люди! И в этом заведении как раз правило работает)

Персонал приветливый, большой выбор вкусов для кальяна, но каждый делает по своему, так и на смогли понять, какой же у них должна быть средняя крепость 🤷🏼♀️
Еда и напитки вкусные, только сырный соус к сету вообще никакой по вкусу
Караоке крутое, можно выбрать музыку на любой вкус и любого года
Интерьер в стиле «Мяты», все минималистично и красиво
Время ожидания среднее
Удобно, что можно все делать через приложение( вызвать официанта, попросить счет и тд)

Плюсов нет от слова совсем! При заполнении заведения на 30%, а поющих столиков было около пяти, успели спеть 3 песни за всю ночь! Зато поют: кальянный мастер (лучше бы кальяном занимался, кстати хуже кальяна я в Минске ещё не пробовал), ведущая поёт и т.п. и им это нравится))). После каждой спетой песни играет целый трек, а ведущая начинает узнавать, что хочет спеть следующий столик! Короче больше ни нагой! Хуже Мяты я пока не встречал!!!

Атмосферное заведение, приятная музыка, очень внимательный и тактичный персонал, кальянмастеру отдельный респект. В меню небыло любимого коктейля, но им не составило труда его воссоздать, чем особенно порадовали, рекомендую!

Давно не бывал в этом заведении. И вот вернулся. Кальяны отличные и на любой вкус, есть также крепкие безаромки.
Меню как во всех "Мятах". Добавили ивенты: среда - Kahoot, с четверга - караоке. И это отлично.

Забронировали столик заранее, про дресс-код ни слова по телефону не было. На входе администратор сначала была дружелюбной, но как только увидела на обуви друга маленькие аккуратные нашивки с матрешкой, балалайкой и медведем- сообщила что молодой человек не соответствуем дресс-коду. Нашивки - дорогой подарок друзей, никогда бы не думали, что могут с таким возникнуть проблемы. Франшизу мята очень любим, но эта ситуация открыла её с другой стороны.

Уровень агонь, атмосфера на высоте, приятные кальянщики, расскажут помогут, если очень попросить даже заменят. Кухня ну очень долгая, да и меню коктейлей скудновата меню, хотя бармены наверное помогут замутят, не знаю не просил... Заведение по моему лучшее на районе.
