The impression would be good if not for the work of the staff, which leaves much to be desired. No one meets the receptionists at the entrance, we have to approach ourselves and ask for our reserved table, they put us right next to the entrance in suspended chairs, which were then moved into the aisle without asking.
The waiters constantly forgot about our existence. We ordered one dish at 9:30, TWO HOURS after our repeated reminders, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes...
The only one who paid attention to us was a hookah man, often came to change the coals, was interested in us. There was no wait for the waiter.
The mood was spoiled by this service. Although the place inside looked very elite, we have never encountered such a disgusting attitude.

Change guards. In Minsk establishments, the receptionist greets you, but here it's like entering an expensive club of Moscow elites. And it also proves that in Minsk Mint is for ordinary people, but here for others)))) They asked for a passport, even though we are 26 years old (it's okay, the passports were in the car) they could have provided it without any problems...but when some guards tell you what to do and how to dress...Then, when booking, say that your establishment adheres to the dress code. Shirt, tie, shoes, pants...

Also one of the advantages of a movie night on weekdays!
Of the minuses (I'm shooting a star for this): I witnessed a fight where one of the participants was apparently an acquaintance of one of the guards of this institution and instead of somehow resolving the conflict, the guard stood aside, watched and ignored what was happening! Such is the security :(

The room itself is small.If they start smoking hookahs, it becomes impossible to breathe. The dance floor, too, is impossible to dance, people walk through you all the time. The bathroom can also not be turned around, you can nail people standing next to you with doors. We booked a room and ordered dishes in advance by 21.30. As a result, at 9:30 p.m. they brought only 1 salad (although they ordered about 5 dishes). And no one even came to say that the rest of the dishes were delayed. At 22.00, we called the waiter ourselves to clarify where our food was. The waiter girl wasn't even aware that we still had an order. As a result, it was only 40 minutes later that our dishes were brought. Even serving identical dishes on the same table did not bother the chefs. In one, the cucumbers were sliced thinly, in the other in large pieces. That's the kind of service. I don't understand why it's so difficult to prepare for a certain time if you have an order made in advance. Disgusting service. I don't recommend it.

Very poor organization. I was there at a corporate party , not only did they count all the rubbish that didn 't even exist , but they didn 't let me into the establishment for 15 minutes . The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of their chef, the steak was very cool.

We were met at the entrance by a not very friendly guard. Instead of orienting people who are visiting this institution for the first time, the person began to complain about his fi. Because of the loud music, nothing could be heard, including his slurred and quiet speech. After that, he began to say that he called 3 times , but the person was more likely to speak under his breath, hearing that the music was playing very loudly . Then, in response to the answer that we did not hear, he began to be sarcastic and reply in a dissatisfied tone that we need to hear and we are not selected . We were sober!

We came to this institution by the company. Half of the guys passed without problems and paid, others were not allowed in due to their condition, although all were in absolutely adequate condition. The guards act on the principle of "if you don't like it, you won't let it in." I do not recommend visiting this institution.

One of the most worthy establishments in the city. Pleasant atmosphere, inviting atmosphere. We were on Saturday evening, there were a lot of people closer to the night. And most importantly, it's fun: The music is great and the old tracks are rocking, and the new ones. You can sing enough (fortunately, no one will hear you with their sound), and dance.
The staff is very courteous, including security. We ordered a hookah, it was done perfectly. It has a really pleasant taste, does not tickle and does not give off soap, as in some hookah bars.

The first impression was excellent. Young, nimble staff, interesting interior. I really liked the hot stuff. The meat just melted (I honestly haven't tried this anywhere) French fries are just a fairy tale. I was at a New Year's corporate party. The music ruined everything. Hits are superimposed on techno. Closer to 2:00, all corporatives were practically forced out due to free entry. Conclusion: Mint is for young people.

But ... the security was rude, the administrator called the police because the guests refused to pay for an unproven service. There's a problem with coffee. There is no Flat white, a double espresso the size of a tea mug (pictured) and therefore completely empty.
