The other day we were in this cafe, in principle not bad, the cafe is located on the 17th floor - THE VIEW is AMAZING, there are small drawbacks _ the service is lame, the beer is normal and the beer mugs should be changed immediately, the waiters are not collected a little - a lot of unnecessary movements, explanations, apologies.
Incorrect feeding of shrimps - but surprisingly, shrimps are famously prepared from 10 balls, you can safely put 8.5
Most of all, I did not like how hookahs are made, they are very bitter - the cough is not real, I looked at all the customers who smoke hookah--- everyone has a cough! Change the hookah maker or teach him how to do it right!
Otherwise, everything is basically fine.
The administrator Zhanna is well done:-) a very nice girl, works hard, smiles.
We are guests from Atyrau, on the way we met the birthday of our colleague, upon arrival in Almaty we decided to celebrate as it should be,
but our birthday boy was refused a discount, of course there is nothing terrible, but it would be very cool if they at least said congratulations!

We were here with the team, we liked absolutely everything and the atmosphere and the serving of dishes, the service staff, the host and the games.But when we were returning home, the elevator stopped somewhere between the floors and the lights turned off.It became very scary, and as I understood, there are no stairs to go down in case of a fire.Creepy.

After 2 minutes, the administrator and the guard flew into the room with the sink, as if we were plotting something, although we did not give a reason. What caused their behavior is still not clear to me. But it looked extremely stupid and ridiculous.

The menu does not match the description of the dishes, we ordered a tuna salad, In a tuna salad, the tuna turned out to be canned!!!! Although the menu says that tuna is normal. Since it is indicated in another salad that it is canned!
The hookah was normal, but it is Mint and there is not even Darkside tobacco!!! And how strong tobacco they knock out Must Have for 8000 tenge.!!!!
