A good place for our Pavlodar. Both the food and the hookah are delicious. Everything is on the level and no worse than St. Petersburg establishments. I will definitely come to you upon arrival in my native land.

As a person from the restaurant business, I want to emphasize that the service in this institution requires improvement. If the owners or managers are reading this text, take into account that the service staff needs to conduct the necessary, high-quality training for professionalism, knowledge of the menu, and to create the comfort of visitors. There were inconsistencies on the menu, I had to beg for all the answers on dishes and hookah. You don't feel like a special visitor, and at the same time 15% is charged for the service, which is not felt in practice. There is no customer orientation. The nicest person in the establishment was the cleaning lady. A Mojito was ordered, which is absolutely not a classic drink. And it was disappointing. The menu is written with different kinds of grammatical and spelling errors. There are few places on the menu that describe the dish or the composition in the drink. It feels like the whole menu was created on the "knee". I am very disappointed with this place. Initially, I decided to visit this institution because of the beautiful pictures on Instagram and the location close to me, and it was planned to come more often, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed and I will not return, and I will not advise others. There are a lot of much better places in the city.
