I am writing a review 2 weeks late after our stay in Almaty. I would like to rate this place 10 out of 10, since it is in this location that, in our opinion, the Human Face decides How much on Saturday at full boarding, at our request, the waiter organized drinks in a couple of minutes and the hookah bar took out everything in 7 minutes - this is just a successful success of this institution! The guys are really in their place and the management should hold on to such valuable personnel as Baysultan and hookah master Galamzhan. You guys are doing great, and greetings from Kazan.

Delicious cuisine, excellent hookahs, but the waiters' service is not at the level of the city center, but at a level below Tashkent..They don't take napkins, mouthpiece wrappers, or empty glasses off the table until you ask for them. Waiters should be sent for advanced training.
