I was just walking by this restaurant when I decided to give it a try to have my afternoon meal there since they had an excellent rate and splendid reviews. Everything satisfied me, including the hospitality, the cozy atmosphere, the menu, and the taste of the dishes I had. Special thanks to Anel for her perfect service. Should I be in Astana again, I'll visit this restaurant once more with great pleasure. I highly recommend it to everyone

The place is not bad, especially when events are held — the atmosphere is quite conducive to relaxation and company. However, there are also points worth considering: • The place itself felt cool, I would like a slightly more comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, the staff does not show active service: the waiters look a little confused, the service is delayed. • As for hookahs, the quality is unstable: one time everything is fine, another time there are flaws. More interaction and attention to the guests is required. • Plus: convenient opening hours — the bar is open around the clock on weekends, and there is a place to sit down late at night or at night. Overall: a good place, but there is a lot to work on to make your stay there as comfortable and service-assured as possible.

I really liked the establishment **"Velvet cafe & lounge" in Astana! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish — the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, it feels like they pay attention not only to the kitchen, but also to the overall serving. Musical accompaniment and live music in the evenings create a special mood that makes you unwilling to leave.
