12/24 8:32 a.m. - The order has been received, is being processed, and you will be contacted.
12/26 8:40 a.m. - No one contacted, I'm worried about the delivery.
12/26 8:54 - The book is in stock, we will check and call you today.
I couldn't stand it on December 27 at 9:32 a.m. - I dial myself - no one, they call me back an hour later: "You know, nothing will happen."

They sell used books. I ordered the book hoping to receive it on time and in good condition. The book came with torn corners, the inside of the sheets were crumpled, the adhesive fastening of the sheets was broken, the book was clearly opened more than 180 degrees. It's a shame that the books are non-refundable and I live in another city. The prices on the website are the same, but in the end they always turn out to be different. They promise to bring the book, but they don't.
Upd: they returned part of the cost of a battered book, at least that way...

I have no complaints against the seller and the store in the Kupalovsky shopping center. But the behavior of the owner, who accepts all orders, shocked me ....
I made an order, the next day they wrote that the book would be delivered in 5 days. I've confirmed everything. As a result, 5 days pass, no one calls. The next day I called myself. It turned out that my order was not even assembled! The owner is "working hard". But he said he would call the store now and check the cash, and then call back. As a result, the 7th day is already underway, and he has not called me back.
I decided to go to the store on my own. The seller in the shopping center itself said that he would probably come in 5 days. As a result, 5 more days pass and there is nothing. I decided to order on OZ, because this store is just terrible.
