Этот Mycar офис выглядит, как пятизвёздочный ресторан. Удобно подъехать, удобно парковаться, вайфай для гостей, отличный туалет, внутри кофейня, маленькое искусственное озеро с живыми рыбами! Машины выставлены в продуманной схеме, в крытом помещении, ненавязчивый сервис. Ещё мне нравится мозаика и арт объекты. Пока что не получилось сотрудничество по продаже - покупке, но я на пути, и верю, что все получится. Центр для людей и ориентирован на уважение клиентов. Удачи!

Место грустное, сервис отстой, менеджера все важные, все делается ооочень долго, ориентированности на клиента нет от слова совсем. Предложили кофе за долгое ожидание, дали талон на бесплатный кофе, куда идти не сказали. По итогу на островке с кофе мне сказали, мол на этот талон можно только маленький американо.
Возникла ситуация, хотел поговорить с начальником отдела, либо с директором салона. Мне отказали, отказ так и не смогли мотивировать. По итогу пришел Аля старший менеджер, промычал что-то не вразумительное и так же ушел. На утро позвонил и сообщил, что мой вопрос решить невозможно. На вопрос о причине, ответил мол нельзя и все. Попросил чтобы со мной связался их юрист, он пообещал, что со мной свяжутся в кротчайшие сроки. Пошли уже пятые сутки...

Нравится данный автосалон! Обращалась в Хенде. Вежливые менеджеры. Особенно могу отметить главного менеджера (могу ошибаться в должности) Бауржана, Маржан. Так же произошла ситуация: не заводилась моя машина, на которой я приехала. Это было около 21ч. (когда салон готовился к закрытию) и мне помогли ребята с сервисного отдела Рустам и Камиль! Очень им благодарна! Хочу, чтобы мои слова дошли до Администрации Салона Хенде!

Этот автоцентр в частности Хюндай дурят людей. Покупаем у них автомобиль, конечно же доверяя им полностью, а они нам продают крашенный машину. Узнаём об этом на следующий день покупки( у друга был толщиномер,которым мы заменили всю машину она вся отлита толстым слоем краски 200-250 а где и 300 микрон.) Приезжаем к ним узнать у них причину они нам говорят, что, нам надо было проверять до её полность и самое главное прежде чем выезжать из автосервиса надо было ее замерить всю толщиномером! Вот такие бессовестные, и самое главное они не хотят ее принимать обратно. Говорят что машина уже оформлена на вас и принимать её не будем

Хорошие вежливые менеджера, но скудный выбор марок авто, всё завалено "корейцами", в среднем ценовом сегменте выбирать не из чего, зато большой выбор новых авто, несколько салонов в одном здании было отличной идеей!
