In September 2023, I posted an ad for the sale of my Lada Vesta 2019 car on the Internet, and after 20 minutes the manager contacted me (I will not use names so as not to get personal), as in all car houses, he persuaded me to put my car on their site, promised careful the attitude, as well as the storage of the car in an indoor parking lot, well, and most importantly, what she said, Pavel, in 2 weeks, we will sell your car, it is in very good condition, and so on and so forth. But I, like probably many sellers, refused, but the calls continued steadily once a week, and I agreed. In September, my car ended up in the parking lot of an auto house, for the first two weeks nothing happened - from the word at all, except that I managed to lower the price on the recommendation of managers, well, okay, people are professionals, they know the market and even more so do their job, I just follow their recommendations. After another month, everything went on, the call from the girl manager once a week, dry - so far nothing, and so on and so forth, the price kept dropping, but there were no buyers. January and February 2024 - no one even called or said anything about my car anymore, and of course, no one is interested. March 2024 - became the culmination when I offered the auto house to buy my car, they agreed, offered a price, I agreed and everything should have ended well, but the car did not start, when asked how, I gave the working car, and now I will pick up the broken one, the manager spread his hands, and added - well, it happens))))) But it turned out that the car was stored on the 6th floor of the parking lot, of course this is an open floor, only expensive cars are stored on the covered floors, and if the price of the car is less than $ 20,000, then it will just stand under the snow. The car left on a tow truck, it turned out that the timing belt burst, and it had to be changed, as well as while the car was standing, the battery went to "zero" and it no longer even took a charge, as well as related consumables - a pump, antifreeze, repairs cost $ 600. And it seems like it's okay, and it seems like even the management of the auto house agreed to split this repair for two at first, and buy my car for $ 300 more expensive from the announced initial cost, but... When I picked up the car from the service station and wrote to the manager that I was ready to bring the car and sell it to them, he said that the management refused to add $ 300 to the original cost. Well, I considered this to be the ultimate rudeness, and they bought my car at a price much higher than what the MaiKar auto house offered me. So, here is such a sad story of cooperation, or rather its absence, starting with deception about the sale in 2 weeks, storage in an indoor parking lot and ending with a banal $ 300. I'm not calling for anything, I just left a review, I repeat, it's up to you, but in 6 months I haven't felt any interest from the staff of the auto house in selling my car.

Отдавал свой автомобиль на продажу. Это не первый автозаус, в который обращался для продажи своего авто, но, пожалуй, наиболее мне понравился из всех! Понравилось отношение и внимательность к клиенту, все разъяснили по договору. Машину хорошо помыли внутри снаружи, сделали качественные фото. Звонили и рассказывали о просмотрах. И что было очень приятно, что когда забирал авто, возвращали его чистым, помыли перед жтим и внутри тоже не было пыли ( просто был опыт с другими автохаусами, что там отдавали авто весь запыленный и с разряженным аккумулятором). Сотрудники приятные и располагающие!

I would like to express my concern about the work of the employees of this organization and their communication with each other. I put my car in their parking lot, for a commission sale. First of all, about a week ago, on the announcement of the sale of my car, there was a photo of a completely different car. But I was satisfied with the communication with the curator girl who drove my car. True, it was there-now sales have risen, etc. but, at least, the polite car stood for about 2 months, after which I decided to pick it up, just the contract for putting the car on sale has already ended. And what was my surprise when I arrived and saw my car. It feels like it was put next to the construction site and not washed for two months. It's funny because they sell cars that they don't even look after. As a buyer, I would not take this car purely because of the attitude to this car. After all, if they treat the car like that, then I should be wary🤔 in short, the attitude to their product is so-so.
