Hello everyone I want to tell you my visit story.
I applied to the salon on April 8, 2025, to sell my 2019 Volvo V60. The specialists advised me in detail on the terms of the commission sale.
When receiving the car, a full inspection was carried out using a thickness gauge, all parameters were recorded — chips, scuffs, mileage, the presence of things in the cabin, and photographs were taken. The paperwork took only about 10 minutes, and you're completely hassle—free.
The sale announcement was posted on the same day, and photos were added two days later. Auto is updated in the search once a week. They also report the number of views every week and tell you about the current sales situation.
To be honest, I wasn't worried about the car at all — I never even came to check it. As a result, it was not possible to sell the car in 45 days. But it's more likely because of the market situation.: my price was set in the middle of the market, and such cars often go "down" — up to 20 thousand.
In the end, I picked up my car without any problems. All the things were in place, and the car itself was even washed before delivery — it was very pleasant. The sampling process took only 5-10 minutes.
I have very pleasant impressions of this site. To be honest, I don't regret at all that the car didn't sell out — after 45 days it feels like I picked up a new one!
Bottom line: if I think about selling cars again, I'll definitely go here!

I asked for an adequate assessment of the car (in order to sell it quickly, since the car has a mileage of 520,000), they assessed it (on the advice of lowered the price by 1000). They warned that the car would be parked in an open parking lot. I asked to do the cleaning of the salon (for an additional fee) + washed the car. The photos were taken perfectly from the best angles of 5 starsInformation about car screenings and calls was provided once every two + weeks. 👍🏾
The car was not sold, they periodically offered to lower the price. ( reduced )
But it didn't work out, the car didn't sell in 3 months. I warned you that I would come to pick you up. I arrived and there was a shock of content, the car was prepared. The outside is filthy to the point of horror ( as if it had been standing on the side of the road for half the winter ) 1 star. They don't wash the car before giving it away, which is understandable. You can't wash 500 cars. In the future, the owners will either go to wash themselves, or somehow negotiate. Since the car was not moving for 3 months, a lot of rust and beetles appeared in winter. And how will the buyer pay attention to such a car?!Parking near a busy road and probably the reagents are flying.
I got in the car, and the rear-view mirror with all the sensors is on the seat (oh, yes, we know, it just happens to fall).
After a long conversation, they drove the car to the station, glued the mirror, and returned it after 2 hours. The same dirty, dry glass was wiped with wipers, since the washer fluid had run out a long time ago! (if something fell or broke, let me know right away!)
I took the car, drove it to the car wash, took a photo, put it up without a percentage of the company, and sold it in the morning.

Everything is fine, I sold my car in the promised 45 days.
The price is not what I expected, but thanks for that. But our expectations do not always correspond to reality.
This should be understood.
I am satisfied with the work, the managers are cultured, loyal, but they could not decide on the price among themselves.
We decided to start from the top of the market, taking into account the bidding, and generally sold for the price that was offered at the bottom of the market.

Covered parking is just a name, because if your car is cheaper than 20 pieces, it will stand in the open air
The day before the end of the contract, they called that the antifreeze had leaked, despite the fact that as soon as the car was taken away, nothing was leaking anywhere, the car was on flat wheels and, like everyone else, the battery was low and zero, prepare for the fact that your car would be lowered from the sixth floor to the second floor with flat wheels.at the same time, they also have the audacity to say what should have been said, we would have let them down.
Well, of course, in 45 days, allegedly one potential buyer and the one who broke the hatch.
In general, I do not recommend guys, the attitude towards you will be normal exactly until you sign the contract.
Now the car is at a service station, I'm not going to leave it just like that, because now to sell a car you need to invest money again

I used to buy my car back. Everything went well. I arrived at 10.00, less than two hours later I was already at the bank with the money) This is despite the fact that the car was not taken off the register. But as a result, they were driven into a far corner, did not start, and the battery was destroyed. Terrible car dealership! They promised to sell it in a month at my price, but in the end they didn't sell it even in half a year. Not a single call on the report (although they promised weekly), they only called with offers to reduce the price. I came to pick up the car, it was dirty, it wouldn't start, and what's most unpleasant is that after I picked up the car, they indicated on the website how it was SOLD!!!!!!! thereby increasing your sales rating!!!! For quite a long time they tried to sell the car on their own, mostly overbought calls. Eugene called from this salon and offered to sell through them. I was a little doubtful, because I was not familiar with this method of sale, and I heard a lot of stories. But I took a chance, they put it on in early July, they periodically called with reports on screenings and calls for my car. As a result, on August 15, they sold my Nissan Juke, with a small discount, the money was paid quickly through the bank. Nice staff, neat parking, good service! Will I recommend it to my friends and acquaintances? Definitely YES!
