We recently visited your establishment and, unfortunately, were not completely satisfied.
Firstly, the waiting time for food was exactly 40 minutes, which was quite unexpected, especially when you come to an institution with a small child. In such cases, it would be cool to offer the little guests the coloring pages that WERE THERE, but we had to look for them and take them ourselves.
Also, on a REGULAR basis, we are faced with the fact that some components of dishes are missing from the menu (then there are no fresh berries, we will replace them with syrup ... yes, a very equivalent replacement, then there are no nuts, then something else), but why should guests pay the full cost of the dish??

I ordered almond flour waffles and strawberry latte, author's tea (none of this could be ordered), raspberry latte, and Chinese teas. As a result, we ordered raspberry latte, raf, hash brownies with salmon. The glass in which there was raspberry raff was in syrup, the glass was not wiped, strawberries on cream did not look very good because of the flaccid tails (they could have cut it off). The hashbrown serve was pretty, but for me personally, a lot of salt. Additionally, I ordered Coca-Cola, which was also not available. The waiter offered a sprite, but said, "And then we need to check if there is one." It turned out that there was nothing at all from carbonated drinks. They asked for regular water, carried it for about 5 minutes.
BUT the most disgusting thing is, we asked for the bill, the payment was in cash, the change was brought to us, we took it and left. The store paid with money from the delivery of this institution, the 50-ruble bill turned out to be fake! Having never encountered such a thing, we did not check the money, and this is what happened. Very unpleasant consequences…
I am not saying that you are working with fake money. And perhaps you also suffered when you were paid with such bills. But, the staff who works with the cash register is obliged to determine the authenticity of the bills at reception and carefully look at what they give out in change so that such situations do not arise!

We have been to this institution 2 times, and, unfortunately, we will not come again. For the first time (06.11.23) everything went perfectly: a responsive and attentive waiter, delicious desserts and coffee, a wonderful overall impression.
That is why on Friday evening 10.11.23 we chose this particular institution from many others. When we came and took the table, no one approached us for 15-20 minutes, but we attributed it to the busy waitress, who periodically came to clean the tables and bring the bill to other guests. But when we started serving the tables of other guests who came later, but the waitress just passed by us, it already started to get unpleasant. After I called the waitress, she rolled her eyes. We had no desire to understand the reasons for this action, and even more so to swear, but the impression remained strange. As for the food, everything is still very tasty.
It is a pity that a potentially favorite institution with an interesting interior, delicious food and seemingly high-quality service in an instant turned into a place where neither I nor my friends will come anymore:(

We went there for breakfast with a SMALL child of 2 years old, when we made an order, we were told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes, after 10 minutes a girl came up and said that there were problems and the order would be ready not in 20 minutes, but in 30-40 minutes. I was shocked. As a result, the order was brought in 45 minutes, the dish for the child "cheesecakes" was brought in 55 minutes, the last dish "Viennese waffles with shrimp" (if I'm not mistaken in the name) was brought 1 hour after the order. This is outrageous!
At the same time, there is something missing in each dish: there are no berries in cheesecakes, there are no nuts in sweet waffles, and so on. Why should I pay the entire cost for a dish if they just brought me cheesecakes without fresh berries?
While waiting for 1 hour, I had to walk around the cafe and look for entertainment. Why didn't the waiters offer entertainment for the child, namely coloring books and pencils? (Everything was available, but for some reason we had to look for it ourselves)
Bottom line: after an hour of waiting, I didn't want to eat, we got there at 11:30, only at 12:30 everything was brought to us, we ate for half an hour, that's lunch already. We had a great breakfast 👎🏻

Комфортно, уютно по-своему. Сходить с девушкой или только для девчачьих посиделок хорошее место. По еде 8/10(как говорится на вкус и цвет у всех предпочтения разные),но в целом вкусно, очень красиво, достаточно быстро приготовили учитывая загрузку заведения.
Минус! Кофе и десерт приносят раньше,чем горячие блюда🤥 По-моему, если был заказ кофе с десертом и горячими блюдами или салатами, логично подать сначала горячие блюда,а потом кофе, или в противном случае уточнить когда какие блюда подать. А не пить остывший кофе после его гипноза ожидая и кушая горячее.
Персонал отзывчивый и приятный, официант показалось немного застенчивый и без энтузиазма работал:)

Самая нашумевшая инстаграммная кофейня Минска. Внутри очень красиво, есть второй этаж, удачно обыграли площадь заведения. По фотографиям казалось что места больше, но это не так важно. Иногда много людей и негде сесть, так же есть много зон для фотографий в инст)
Потолок по мотивам эрмитажа в Питере)))
Владельцы кафе очень позитивные.
Персонал улыбчивый и вежливый, всегда подскажут что-то и посоветуют если это нужно.
Разнообразное меню, красивая подача.
Также есть сезонное меню которое постоянно обновляется
Короче рекомендую!!
