Never give your equipment here. I left my laptop for "free" diagnostics, the next morning I got a call and was told that they had already replaced some parts in the laptop without my consent. A few days later, I was charged 400 GEL, the laptop worked for exactly two days and then broke down again. I took my laptop there twice more, and each time they gave me new reasons why it didn't work. As a result, the whole process took me 1.5 weeks, and the laptop was never repaired. When I came to another service, I was told that what was claimed to be fixed was still broken. I tried to politely return at least some of the money paid, the master rolled his eyes and started yelling at me, inventing new reasons why the laptop was not working and offering to give him a fourth attempt to fix the laptop.
