I gave my phone here for diagnosis. The document I signed states that the diagnosis takes 1-4 days. The master, whom I called to clarify about the phone, was very rude and unfriendly, said that, in fact, diagnosis can take up to 14 days. After 4 days, they called me, indicated the cause of the breakdown and put up such an amount that it was better to buy a new phone. I paid 10 bel.rub. for the diagnosis and took the phone to another service, where the diagnosis took 20 minutes and even before the diagnosis, the master was very doubtful that there could be such a breakdown in my phone. The reason for the breakdown in the new service was indicated differently and the price, accordingly, is much lower. The phone is done, everything works. Is it deception or incompetence of the master of this service?
