But the online store is a different story. Customer focus is at zero: we received the payment - the rest is the buyer's problem!
It is not the organization that carries out the delivery (DPD) that is responsible for the delivery of the goods, but the manufacturer and seller, who should be interested in ensuring that the goods are delivered with high quality. You are the one signing the contract with the freight forwarder, not the buyer!!!
I got the furniture, we started to assemble it, there are not enough fittings!!! Where is the quality control??? The online store was notified of the shortage. It's been a week SINCE ANYONE CONTACTED ME about the problem!!!

Thanks to the seller. There are no attachments to the furniture. I liked the quality, design and ease of assembly. The delivery was done efficiently and the courier informed us about the arrival. The fittings are all in place, the furniture is packed and delivered without any problems. I was very worried about the fact that the order was large, but everything was delivered intact.

As a result: they have an online store where they do not give credit and there are shops in 3 cities (in our city, Brest, there is none) where they give loans, but they do not issue it, you need presence and delivery in the Republic of Belarus only in an online store
Why can't I send the invoice by mail? Why is it not possible to make delivery by an online store or any delivery at our expense?
No one even tried to offer an alternative solution, just dry answers
