I placed an order on the website. The order status is "accepted". It's been more than a week, and none of the managers have even contacted me about my order. I have no idea if they took the job or not. It is not possible to register on the website. The company is 0 out of 10. I strongly do not recommend wasting your time. There is no attitude towards clients in principle.

I ordered the front optics on 09/15.23 The manager set the delivery time from 3-6 weeks…No question, I'll be waiting.It takes 6 weeks to write to the manager, to which he responds: - Your optics are on the border, you need to wait another 2 weeks..Well, let's wait....After 2 weeks, the same thing…And so it went on UNTIL 06/13.24!!!!!!!!
As you can imagine, my patience has run out…During this time, I heard the same thing and in addition: -If you are tired of waiting, we can issue a refund!!! Any attempts to find out more about the delay in the order were immediately silenced with an offer for a refund....
Spat, issued a refund…I turned to the headlight tuning guys in order to make something similar from my optics to what I wanted to order…They offered the option to order the same headlights as in this store, which I agreed to..And what do you think??? 2 weeks pass and the new, long-awaited optics are in my trunk..... Make the conclusion yourself... And I strongly do not recommend this store!!!!

Very unscrupulous sellers.
I found this seller on the Avito website, read the reviews, everything seems to be fine, there are a couple of negative ones, well, like everyone else, I thought and decided, I order!
I contacted the seller, clarified the deadlines, consulted with the car service master (I think that no one needs to explain that a good specialist always has a queue), he signed me up for a certain number and like a normal person I ordered the front fenders so that they would come a little earlier than the queue (you never know what, suddenly they will be delayed).
Three weeks have passed, the order time is coming, I'm writing...
... The manager responds: your order is slightly delayed.
Well, I think it's okay, I'll wait a little (because I calculated the time with a margin).
I waited a little bit, then a little bit more, and more ...
In the end, this situation started to bother me, I started to pull the manager, who told me that it turns out my wings haven't even started to do yet, it turns out that they have problems with the delivery of materials due to the difficult situation in the country.
As a result: I lost time, let down the master at the car service station, detained other people!
Well, I perfectly understand that times are hard, that various problems may arise, but DEAR SELLERS, MANAGERS AND OTHER EVIL SPIRITS, PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU WERE SILENT ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS FOR A WHOLE MONTH, WHY DID YOU NOT IMMEDIATELY SAY THAT EVERYTHING IS SO BAD AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER???
Because it seems to me Any self-respecting seller must respect his customers.
In short, the seller is irresponsible and not reliable.
I do not recommend contacting this seller!

I do not recommend this online store. I agreed in advance to purchase tuning parts for a Honda Accord car. They said it was available. I called in advance, then the day before my arrival I placed an order, the details were left for me. I am not from Minsk myself, 220 km away.I drove specifically and purposefully. As a result, on the appointed day, the goods were not available (pav.147 Malinovka Automall Ring car market), and citizen Frantskevich M.V. shrugged his shoulders. He refused to reimburse the cost of fuel costs, and did not behave politely.Upon my request to provide a book of comments and suggestions, I was told that she was not in place, she was at home, which grossly violates the current legislation. I waited for an hour until the book was delivered, and left my comment.
