I had a rest for the first time this year in early July at this boarding house.
Protected area, excellent location, sea and forest are nearby at the same time👍
Very attentive staff, good dining room, excursions are very affordable, the room is cleaned daily.

We had a rest at the boarding house in August. We arrived for the first time. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, so they did not set high demands. A wonderful place! Nature, territory, clean sea and beach, all of the above leaves a pleasant impression! We were going to a secluded corner, we chose this one, so we enjoyed it, and we mostly met people only at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! On the beach, they went further away from the main beach. For those who wanted to have fun, there was also exercises on the beach and volleyball and a movie in the evenings. The room had a balcony overlooking the sea, a room without air conditioning (it seems that there are such, we need to clarify when booking), we took a fan, but we never used it, fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf! It's just an incredible feeling! Loud neighbors on the balcony were a little annoying, people just didn't care that we weren't very interested in listening to their lives every day. The rooms are clean, cleaned once, but the towels have never been changed. I probably should have asked the maid about it, but the garbage was regularly cleaned and toilet paper was constantly put in, by the last day 3 rolls had accumulated.. There is a refrigerator and a TV in the room. The kettle is one for the corridor. We woke up early, took him to the room, boiled water (enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea). If they knew, they would have taken a small one of their own. About the food: we took 3 meals a day. I personally had a lot of this - breakfast and dinner would have been enough. The food was good. You definitely won't leave hungry. There have always been pastries, vegetables and meat. We took excursions. Guide Almazkhan, a wonderful storyteller! Thank him very much for his work! We went to Sukhum, Gagra (to the market-500 rubles per person), We went to Pitsunda ourselves, you can always negotiate with a driver who takes people to Gagra to the market. We took advantage of the transfer from Mussera to Adler, everything is perfectly organized. The goodwill of the locals conquered. For fruits (and it was the fig season, we probably tried all the varieties!) we went to the barrier, where the locals sell fruits, not expensive and ripe. They also collected water at the barrier if they did not have time to buy it at a shop on the beach. There, in the shop, you could buy what vacationers want and beer and ice cream and water and much more. We would like to come here again - absolutely yes! It can be seen that the boarding house is being renovated little by little. It would not be bad to improve the beach area, of course there is some desolation. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, and many sun beds are already broken in the middle, they need to be updated, I don't think it's expensive. And the beach itself is sand. After all, it is not difficult to level it and clean up the garbage (although to be honest, there was little household garbage, mostly needles, foliage, twigs.

We had a rest from 3-11.06.24, the weather is wonderful! We liked everything! We went to the sea, the sun, to positive emotions, and got everything in full. The nature is amazing, the sea is clean, the staff is friendly. Everything was fine with the food, we went to the Gagra market, bought berries and fruits to suit our taste, and everything was in order. We went on an excursion to the Ritz-I recommend it! Dolphins swam nearby-we were happy as children. Many vacationers have been coming here for years! We will join these ranks 😊this is the only place during all our travels where we want to return and we will definitely come!

A fairy tale! A heavenly place! Silence, beauty, crystal air, exoticism, dolphins, snakes sunbathing on the beach next to vacationers or swimming in the sea, caught there from a mountain river. Remoteness from civilization, lack of regular transport links, the remains of the Soviet library are freely available, entertainment for everyone, mountains, long walks along the beach 6 km on foot or by sea to the wild peninsula of friendly tourists living in tents by savages near a mountain stream, magnificent amazing nature, unusual subtropical plants and traces of ancient fossilized fossils on the collapses of the shores by the sea or the remains of buildings of the Soviet period, dilapidated by the winds and time. Nearby is the leaders' cottage in a pitiful state with a magnificent park and a sculpture of a centaur. Impressive! In general, we did not rest in this boarding house, we lived nearby, one and a half kilometers away, in glamping.
We were a couple of times in the dining room of the boarding house, on the 13th floor. I would like to share my impressions about her.
Friendly staff. One, a very tall Abkhazian girl, at first seemed a little rude to us, but then she even began to smile.)
In general, those who rest in the boarding house visit the dining room with special bracelets, for them meals are included in the accommodation. For newcomers such as us, the entrance is 700/person for lunch and 600/person for breakfast or dinner. I think it's inexpensive, considering that there is a buffet in the dining room, i.e. you collect food on the table, as much as you are not ashamed of. 😅
However, before entering the dining room, it is necessary to hand over all hand luggage to the storage room, and it is strictly forbidden to take out any products from the dining room, even there seems to be a fine for this.
With regard to food, the choice is quite decent, especially if you come to the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner (yes, they have them on a certain schedule, as in any other hotel where everything is included).
The food is delicious, so you can safely overeat to exhaustion. 😀

A good boarding house, we have been vacationing with my wife for more than one year, for the fifth time! A quiet, peaceful and pleasant place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The nature is simply amazing, the sea is clear, without storms, because this is the Pitsunda Bay, its opposite end, opposite Pitsunda. In the middle of a huge mountain-forest Pitsundo-Musser Reserve, on the very shore of the sea, there is only one of Stalin's former dachas nearby (which later became Raisa Gorbacheva's dacha). Very calm and by Abkhazian standards, a fairly well-equipped place. In Pitsunda, almost all hotels are in a dilapidated state, and here more or less decent repairs. For an unpretentious luxury, and not tempted by elite hotels, a Spartan tourist and a quiet family holiday. All the lack of service is compensated by the magnificent nature around. They are fed three times a day on the principle of a Buffet, quite decently, not a Michelin restaurant, of course, but at the level of a good dining room with a good selection of dishes, although not very large, but changing every day. The veranda of the dining room, which is in the photo, is now covered, under a canopy, and it is not easy to find a free table on it. The boarding house is 14-storey, right on the seashore, the descent to the beach by elevator takes a couple of minutes from the exit from the lobby. There is a cafe on the beach and a restaurant on the second floor. The Penguin Cafe is worthy of a separate description, a very pleasant and not too expensive place. I liked the restaurant a little less and it will be more expensive, but it works around the clock and there are first courses there. In general, if you are tired of eating in the dining room included in the price, you can shoo and eat in a cafe or restaurant for money. Only the guests of the boarding house are on the beach, since there is not a single residential settlement nearby. This is also a minus, if you need to buy something in the city, then it's a whole trip as an excursion, or by taxi, at least 500 rubles per person. There is a medical center at the boarding house, but there are not very many medicines in it, it is better to take everything you need with you in advance. It is not safe to walk around the territory late in the evening, or too early in the morning, far from the boarding house, there are wild animals, for example jackals, although they are cowardly, but if you are alone, and there are several of them, they can attack. I met them once in the evening, there were at least three of them, it was heard from three sides around, and there were four of us, so they only came close, but did not dare to attack, and we quickly retreated towards the boarding house building. Caution should also be observed with plants, there are many poisonous ones, but there are also thickets of wild blackberries, the main thing is not to confuse what you can eat, and it's better not to risk at all. On the adjacent territory of Stalin's dacha, they are allowed only with an excursion for money, there is a magnificent landscape park of huge proportions. The old buildings of Stalin's dacha with service buildings and the luxurious structure of Gorbachev's dacha, with a huge five-story chandelier inside and other luxury elements, compared to them, Stalin's dacha is just a modest house. I recommend a boarding house for a quiet family holiday, not too demanding tourists to the service. It is better to order strongly in advance, because the seats are disassembled very quickly. For example, we have been booking seats for August since November! It will also be cheaper in advance. There are transfer services, the prices are average in Abkhazia. The Kingdom of heaven to Alik Vladimirovich, and health to his son Almaskhan, as the best guides of Abkhazia in those places. There are different excursions in the boarding house, not cheap of course, but if with Almaskhan the guide (it's a pity that his father is no longer there), then these excursions will be very interesting. The food is tolerable, but the products are cheap, many things are simply tasteless, there is not enough fruit and good coffee. Otherwise, you won't be hungry, you can still eat on the outdoor veranda overlooking the sea.
The rooms are old, dirty, the tiles are still from the Soviet Union. The service is poor - the maids do not clean well, dust and garbage are everywhere, but garbage is taken out every day.
The beach is nice, but our people are pigs - they occupy sun beds under umbrellas for the entire duration of their stay, although the administration prohibits this and has posted an appropriate ad.
There are 2 cafes on the beach, the service is weak, but the food is delicious.
There is an indoor swimming pool, almost always empty, a gym with balls.
The contingent is mostly 50+, the young will be bored.
We were a family with a small child.

We really liked almost everything in this boarding house, despite the shabby appearance in places and difficulties with transport. The beautiful nature and the warm sea compensate for everything.
First we were given a room with a sea view. It was very shabby in life, but the beds were comfortable. However, two, not a double, as we originally asked for when paying for rooms. But your balcony with the most beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area, you can forgive a lot for this view.
We were promised to change the room to a more comfortable one and with a new renovation, but there was a shared balcony with neighbors, that is, you can no longer walk in a negligee))
But as a result, they were given a suite on the ground floor, opposite the massage therapist's room, where there is a billiard table.
The room is great. Would be. If it weren't for the gym above your head, in which athletes who came from nowhere jump until 9 pm, although they should have finished their jumps at 8 pm.
The main contingent of the hotel is pensioners of different ages, from relatively young to very old.
There were flying tours with a younger contingent, they even practiced yoga in the lobby of the 1st floor and aqua aerobics in the pool, but this is rather an exception.
There is an elevator to the beach right in front of the hotel exit.
The beach is excellent, private, closed, huge, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, with footwashers and showers, bathrooms are also on the beach.
A great legacy from the Soviet era, when comfort was really taken care of.
There is practically a shop with everything you need on the beach, a cafe and a large restaurant.
If there was a dance floor in the restaurant and the music was live sometimes, it would be great, I hope it happens in high season.

There are no complaints about nutrition at all, it is very good for those with children - there is always a choice of what to feed.
On the first day, we stopped by when lunch was over, but the staff prepared a separate table for us with lunch, which was very pleasant.

Its own separate kitchen with a set of dishes and a refrigerator, from the kitchen there is an entrance to a second large bathroom with its own washing machine, shower and toilet. There is a dryer for things. Yes, there is also a small room at the entrance for suitcases and bags, very convenient.
The suite is very nice, if not for the gym on the ceiling, billiards at the entrance and a window to the courtyard.
A large number of different excursions every day. There are difficulties with taxis, so for those who drive, it's generally great. Take a carsharing if there is such an opportunity.
Right behind the fence of the boarding house - the dachas of Stalin and Gorbachev. Lakoba's former summer residence. Probably, this is already a sign of quality for this area - it is really very beautiful here.

The beach is great, the dining room works without interruption, and as for the staff, you can safely put 1 for this, no one knows anything, you need to go and ask to clean up the room, for a child of 3 years old they charge 1200 a day for meals, but my child probably ate 1200 there in a week(((, there are very few excursions (but the guides are good, it was very interesting with them). There is only one store next to the boarding house in which you can say there is nothing (((, there is nothing to take with you even on the road. I am very unhappy with my vacation. I'm not going there anymore.

Отдыхала в пансионате Мюссера с 27.05 по 8.06 всё очень понравилось, природа великолепная, вежливый персонал,вкусная еда, прекрасный бассейн, море рядом и очень чистое, особенно хочу отметить работу аниматора Лидии, она занималась с детьми и взрослыми целый день, утром проводила зарядку-танцы, в бассейне была акваайробика, танцевали зумбу, а какие весёлые дискотеки устраивали по вечерам, огромное Лидии спасибо, обязательно вернусь ещё раз в этот пансионат. И ещё хочу поблагодарить весь обслуживающий персонал, спасибо большое,большое, Вам желаю процветания и хороших отдыхающих. Всем рекомендую поехать отдыхать именно в пансионат Мюссера.

And the dining room is a separate topic. Everything is delicious, there are so many halls, and everything is neat and clean. And eating on the terrace overlooking the sea from the 13th floor is fire!!!
The beach is sooo nice. There are few people, quiet and beautiful. There is a cafe and a restaurant.

Отдыхали неделю с детьми в данном пансионате. Природа восхитительная, виды завораживают, чистый воздух и кристальное море (после дождя грязновато, много растительности с гор). Номера старенькие, но с косметическим ремонтом. Обслуживание относительное: если не спорить и не предъявлять претензии, пожелания исполняют. Есть крытый хороший бассейн (для детей, мелкий), большой спортивный зал с кольцами, воротами и сеткой, мячи в свободном доступе, теннисный стол, правда всего один, часто приходилось ждать. За отдельную плату можно поиграть в бильярд. На пляже волейбольная площадка. Аниматор проводит соревнования. Вообщем, если вы и дети любите спорт - здесь будет чем заняться. Территория большая, есть где погулять. На пляже есть простенькое кафе (поесть мороженое и попробовать местную выпечку) и ресторан (посидеть вечером с видом на море, цены приемлемые, есть кальян). Питание не слишком разнообразное, но готовят вкусно. Из минусов питания: почти не было фруктов, только иногда яблоки, отсутствие кофемашины, только россыпью не вкусное кофе, нет соков, только компот из фейхуа или кисеь. В целом же все наедались и были довольны, тем более с таким видом (столовая на 13 этаже).Можно купить вино (350), сок (100) или мороженное(100) в столовой. Пляж большой и чистый (на пляж написал отдельный отзыв). Возят экскурсии по Абхазии. Хочеться вернуться еще.

I've been to this boarding house 6 times! this year, prices have been raised by 100 percent, but the service has never been! There is no animation! the cleaner is alone on five floors, so don't wait for cleaning. There are also big problems with nutrition. The chefs quit during my vacation! There were no pastries at all on the buffet, no waffles, no cookies. There was not enough bread! People were collecting bread on the tables...It's a disgrace! Further.. In the season itself, they decided to rebuild the restaurant on the beach. But that's not our problem. We came to rest. Next, the administrator, the girl's arrogance is straight. She has to solve problems. I wrote to the maid, but she didn't even come to clean up. Yes, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and not everywhere. The dining room just went bad. Many dishes smell and are spoiled. The child was poisoned and everyone heard about poisoning people. I don't find fault with the beach much, I didn't like one thing, there wasn't that much last year, outsiders came and occupied the sun beds. They would have driven. Oh, they drove the tentpeople, and the rest. Yes, there are two shops. Last year, at least fruits were sold, but now only watermelon, pumped with nitrates, checked with a nitrometer. In Moscow, they were not even pumped with nitrates. And here the melons and watermelons are all nitrate. We had to go to the checkpoint to get the fruit, it was a long way. There are not enough sun beds, umbrellas/canopies. They are occupied from the very morning or even leave towels at night (The administration says that vacationers should sort it out themselves). No one is watching the sunbeds, some of the sunbeds were dragged away by "savages".

Despite the fact that our room had a Soviet renovation, and in general the whole sanatorium "breathes" Soviet times, we really liked everything. THE SEA is the purest!!! Pine trees on the territory - THE AIR is wonderful. The staff is very friendly, responds to requests and helps as much as possible. The food is a buffet: delicious, varied and a lot. The dining room is on the top floor, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding area. There is a fairly large indoor pool. A huge library. Cinema. Gym. Yoga in the gym and on the beach. They are constantly engaged with children-drawing, modeling, various crafts, educational games, a children's disco in the evening. A long deserted beach. Near the sanatorium, the beach is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, a foot shower, a toilet. There is a volleyball court on the beach. Various excursions are offered. The sanatorium is located very separately, there is no civilization nearby. We were in the car, so it didn't bother us. Some people rest here from year to year and know each other. It's quiet at night, no one makes any noise. In general, a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle. Only a good, kind impression.

Рассказать об этом, очень сложно, очень сложно рассказать однозначно. При этом отдыхом семья в этом отеле довольна.
Отель, с точки зрения расположения, идеален. С точки зрения размещения - унижение для проживающих.
Проживание – это даже не СССР, – это что-то другое. Даже советский комфорт оттуда вырван. Есть уборка номеров, есть чистое белье, нет свеженького простенького ремонта, который должен соответствовать местоположению этого отеля. Вы поймёте о чем я пишу, только когда туда приедете.
Но, самое важное! мы всей семьей ездили на море, на природу, на спокойствие души и туристические прелести,- это мы сполна получили. Машина была своя и поэтому позволить могли себе перемещение в любом направлении, что нам очень и очень помогло.
Столовая в гостинице хорошая или даже очень хорошая, выбор продуктов небольшой, но вполне достаточно. Есть столы на террасе с видом на море, которые пытаются все занять, поэтому будьте расторопнее.
У моря есть рестораны кафе, мне больше понравилось в ресторанчике.
Важно понимать для тех кто привык к дорогому обслуживанию и классным номерам, там будет крайне некомфортно. Для тех кто проживал в хрущевках, вспомнят прошлое.
На пляже были неприятной ситуации, когда постояльцы гостиницы уходили с пляжа, обкладывали лежаки полотенцами иными своим вещами, возвращались через пару-тройку часов желая оставаться на своих же местах. Правилами отеля это запрещено, но конфликты были.
Вы вы для меня один: покупайте путёвки в этот отель, но знаете на море, на пляже будет очень мало людей, питание будет вполне приемлемым, но комфорта в номерах будет мало.

The idea of the dining room on the 13th floor is beyond praise, the KGB knew a lot about rest 😀 The food, in my opinion, is diverse, there are a lot of vegetables, there are both dairy and meat dishes! Respect to the cook! I sincerely do not understand the negative reviews about food. Drinks are sold in the dining room - Abkhazian wines, vodka, chacha, cognac. The prices are very affordable. Wine bottle 400 rubles, glass 150, vodka 100 grams - 100 rubles. There is also a Penguin cafe and a Musser restaurant on the shore. In the cafe, the prices for alcohol are the same, the divine khachapuri boat and fried cheese!!!! Be sure to try it! Ate every day!
Of the minuses - the rooms are cold, the heating was not turned on, and forest bugs that somehow miraculously seep into the room through the closed windows! Next time we will come with a sealant or we will choose a room with plastic windows

The only thing I liked here was the sea view...the rest is just terrible.Food, room service, staff -everything is very bad.the room was not cleaned until I myself asked the receptionist, bed linen and towels are not changed, they say that they simply do not exist, they are over.From eating on the 5th day, my stomach ached, the child also practically did not leave the toilet for 3 days (((The food is disgusting, solid cabbage and beetroot-for breakfast lunch and dinner.Tea is the cheapest, there are no words about coffee at all.It is unclear what kind of milk with some kind of flakes (((Chicken with a rotten smell (and liver too)).I had pilaf once, I liked it, but it was too greasy.a lot of oil)
You can swim in the sea only before breakfast early in the morning, or after 17.00, because the rest of the time there is a terrible dirty brown foam ...
Prices here are just off the scale, to put it mildly, but there is no sense, people walk gloomy, who is silent, someone understands-especially in the dining room. For comparison, the Sunny Holiday Home is heaven and earth, prices are 2 times lower there, and the service, food and just the attitude towards people are completely different (not like here in Musser.
I do not recommend anyone to come here, rest will not bring you any pleasure here, only some frustration!

Расположение пансионата шикарное, т. к. это заповедная зона и этим всё сказано. Воздух, вода, море, пляж прекрасны. Номера есть разные, нам в этом году повезло. К еде я не привередливая, меня устроило, единственное, хотелось бы большего разнообразия фруктов, а не только яблок, которые нам давали на протяжении 15 дней. Персонал доброжелательный. Анимация для детей была прекрасная. Ребёнок до сих пор в восторге и продолжает общаться по интернету с новыми друзьями.
Да, в номерах и холле есть вай-фай, но он не очень хороший, временами слетал. Может и к лучшему)))

I don't know what people who write reviews mean by calling them a "scoop" or numbers from the USSR, and for what, to justify mismanagement? The USSR built a solid building, comfortable rooms, almost all with sea views, in which he left beautiful parquet, wooden panels, huge cabinets - so put in order, make it beautiful! It is not necessary to destroy, restore, make ala "retro antique rooms" beat, connect with history (I do not remember where, there was a room named after the traveler Marco Polo), otherwise they patched up, the parquet was replaced with carpet or laminate and called repair. There are a lot of laudatory reviews here, I will not repeat the advantages, they undoubtedly exist and are very large, which is why people come here and the administration believes that they will come anyway.
But it's a matter of time and the current situation. You can't take advantage of the decline in tourist traffic to Crimea, it's temporary. Meanwhile, Crimea is still building roads, decent hotels, and repairing sanatoriums.
I will write down all the disadvantages of the boarding house that I noticed. So.
The sofa is collapsed, the springs are sticking out. And we have a suite, albeit without repair!!! What does it mean? Sleeping is uncomfortable. Where is the suite? Mattresses on the beds are also on the way. Loggias ask for comfortable chairs and a table. The sea view is amazing! We even had a flower pot. And where are the flowers?! One of the two rooms has air conditioning, this is where the sofa is. The other one doesn't even have a fan. It was hot and stuffy in August. Even if there is not much repair, you can still be patient, but the air conditioner is very necessary.
I won't complain about the cleaning. They cleaned our place, but the maid is the only one on five floors!
The linen is cotton, good. They change it in five days.
Cotton towels, white three pcs. There are no beach towels in the beach hotel!
There is one in the most shabby sanatorium, but not here.
Further. Beach. Big, just your own. There is an ad hanging so that they do not occupy the sun beds, they promise a fine. All the sun beds are covered with different rags (and at night), after 10 o'clock on a sunny day you will hardly find a broken sunbed in the sun.
The sun beds, almost all, with rare exceptions, are cracked in the middle. Do they buy the cheapest ones? In my opinion, there are very inefficient umbrellas on the beach and one canopy, very small, under which all the sun beds are always made, and there are few people. In the same Crimea, there are canopies along all retaining walls. And in Yevpatoria there are beautiful, snow-white wooden canopies.
I would like the administration to pay attention to the improvement of the beach. Make more canopies!!! You are welcome! Now people try to stay in the sun as little as possible, but they want to stay on the beach longer. Give me the opportunity.
Further. The steps to the beach are made of rebar, glued crookedly / obliquely. We need good, strong, smooth steps, not these pieces of iron. The contingent here is not very young, people can fall and disfigure themselves.
And another thing: using pallets instead of a comfortable wooden walkway is also unacceptable on the beach, there is a chance that a person will fall and get hurt. I am convinced that the cost of a wooden walkway is low for such a boarding house, cheaper than litigation over broken legs and ribs.
And the last thing: they did not see the rescue service. Maybe there is? Have we not found it?
I am writing my review specifically so that the administration will pay attention to the problems of the boarding house, and not in order to lower the rating. He's tall, but he can be truthfully tall.w

В целом пансионат очень понравился! Прекраснейшее место! Наверное лучшее в Абхазии! Очень добротный и красивый бывший санаторий для работников КГБ, открытый в 1982 году, но до сих пор после ремонта смотрится очень внушительно и мощно! Мы жили в улучшенном отремонтированном люксе! Есть небольшие недочеты после ремонта но в целом очень довольны! Вернемся еще! Единственно столовая..кормят однообразно..зачем то резервируют столы на открытой террасе..куда все хотят сесть с видом на открытое море! Персонал очень услужливый и любезный. Вобщем наверное на данный момент для нас - это лучший пансионат в Абхазии.

Отдыхали там всей семьёй пару раз, все очень здорово, тишина и идилия. Отдых для тех кто хочет отдохнуть душой в тишине рядом с морем. Пляж собственный, галька но не крупная, массаж для ног))) Море просто спустился на лифте и вот оно) Еда хорошая для шведского стола. Есть и выпечка и салаты, без изысков но все вполне достойно! На территории скамейки для отдыха через забор Горбаневская дача) Все утопает в зелени. Номера наследство СССР но душ туалет в номере) Так же есть вай-фай.В здании есть бассейн на территории кафе бар и ресторан. Фрукты всегда привозят рядом есть палатка с фруктами. В общем рекомендую для тех кто любит отдых для души)

Why I started the review with money.. The policy of the hotel is to collect money from you while investing in infrastructure and food at a minimum. The room would cost 2 times cheaper - maybe it would not be so sorry for the money spent. And now the facts:
Room: the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean white, there are a lot of towels, everything is clean (they do not provide access to the beach), the bathtub and toilet are sparkling, the refrigerator and fan are working. wifi on the floor, reception.
The dining room is A DISGRACE to the cook! I have never experienced such a shock in my life. I didn't know what to feed the children (10 years old) These rolls are tasteless, the same every day (with cinnamon - cinnamon and does not smell), the bread is stale. there is clearly austerity on meat. There were chicken wings - who eats them?!? - obviously not children. the chicken was mostly stunted (some bones), there was a liver. But they don't eat it. we saved ourselves with small minced meat patties for all 14 days. the noodles are overcooked. once for lunch, the child ate 7 cutlets and took nothing else - there was nothing!. coffee only in the morning, some kind of roadside dust. there is practically no water (there are 2 decanters of tea/coffee, which run out quickly). And I can't describe the cottage cheese casserole, which consists of 80% rice, without a mat. it's necessary to cook such rubber, save on cottage cheese (yes, sometimes there was a normal casserole, but it didn't go to the children either) .several times I watched a picture of how parents can't feed their children, they don't eat anything, they sit and swear. Pensioners seemed to like it, many people were chewing cabbage, beetroot (probably such food comes to them) very rarely there were fresh tomatoes, some kind of green molosol mostly smelled. well, how fresh cucumbers were cut - I chopped piglets at my grandmother's in the village as a child. The most interesting thing is that they were forced to put bags in lockers at the entrance. I thought that the food should not be taken out, but by the end of the vacation I realized that there was nothing to take out, most likely that the dishes would not be stolen (they must have bought) In general, every trip to the canteen is a complete disappointment and stress. we got used to going 1 time / day to a cafe on the embankment and ordered piperoni pizza (this saved us, at least the children ate something with pleasure, but for money). In the dining room there is a "BAR" where decent coffee will be brewed and apple juice freshly squeezed for 250 rubles will be made a small glass, wine is poured there, etc. from fruits: there was a watermelon 5 times in 2 weeks and some kind of weird apples.
THE SEA: we took the elevator down to the beach, it was also a shock. the path on the beach is lined with food pallets (wood). The children's legs slipped into holes, got stuck + splinters en masse. It's not very safe. A collective farm faucet with a hose for washing off sand. But when I went to the shower on the beach, I was horrified, there was mold everywhere, it was scary to approach. then I got used to it, but it was disgusting to wash. The toilet on the beach is clean, but the cabins are so small that it is impossible to stay there. and the most important thing is shezlogs. there are enough of them, BUT ... 90% of all deck chairs are broken . I actually thought that they had bought them somewhere used and broken. if you or the child sit down and constantly pinches the body, children's legs get stuck. A VERY unsafe beach in terms of infrastructure! There are 2 grocery and household shops on the beach, the price tag is acceptable.
Entertainment: cool animator, cinema hall in the afternoon and evening. Make no mistake that you are eating in the reserve, there are no "health" trails there, there is nowhere to walk at all, the playground is scary to approach. Everyone is on their phones and watching movies.
they were afraid to use the hotel's transfer services, so they ordered a transfer to VK.
and now back to the price for this pleasure. the price tag is being charged from vacationers, while there are no investments, it is written everywhere about fines.
We bought, lost weight, rested, but the feeling that we are overpaying does not let go, and spoils the whole impression. next year we will rent apartments in another place and go to a cafe to eat. it will be cheaper and tastier this way. And the director of this institution would like to advise not to hide behind the backs of the girls in the dining room, on the beach and at the reception, but to go out himself at least sometimes, vacationers have something to say to him.

Итак, добрался до отзыва:
Из плюсов:
- безумно красивая природа, чистый воздух и море
- расположен в заповеднике
- рядом нет ни других пансионатов, никого…
- на территории магазинчик со всем необходимым, кафе и ресторан. Готовят вкусно, цены нормальные даже в ресторане.
- большая территория, есть где прогуляться, бассейн, спортзал, лифт на пляж, свои лежаки и зонтики на пляже, есть источники мин. воды
- очень красивый вид из столовой, есть открытая веранда с видом на море
-рядом дача Сталина и Горбачева, не просто так именно в этом месте
- в столовой и магазине имеется в продаже пиво (100 р) и вино (400 р). Вино на выбор, абхазское. Пиво одно.
Минусы:
-считаю соотношение цена/качество в пик сезона не оправдана
- слово «сервис» отсутствует как понятие априори
- убитые номера. Обои драные, мебель разваливается, ванные из 1980-х годов, не во всех номерах есть кондиционеры, мягкая мебель как с помойки
-белье меняют 1 раз в 3 дня, моют плохо, сантехнику не моют совсем. Потерла пол и ушла.
-нет пляжных полотенец
- если лежаки не занял в 5 утра (не шучу, в 6 уже все занято) то лежать можно на диком пляже или на гальке-песке где придется
- половина лежаков сломана
- еда съедобная, но ее всего два вида. Свинина и курица под разными видами. Разнообразия нет. Ни разу не дали рыбу за неделю, например
- лифт в столовую надо дождаться)
- интернет слабый
Вобщем. Место классное. Рекомендую для посещения. Но сам пансионат не очень. Если ехать и вставать в 5 утра, чтоб целый день провести на море пойдет.

Отдыхали 03.07.23 по 12.07.23. Замечательное место, очень понравилось. Заселились очень быстро, в номере чисто, холодильник, чайник, убирали ежедневно, через 6 дней поменяли постельное белье и полотенца. Из номера очень красивый вид на море. Каждый день вывешивали расписание развлечений, зарядка на пляже, в бассейне, кино, дискотека, детки тоже не забыты, у них,и танцы, и развивающие мастерклассы, красота! Ресторан большой, есть терасса, раздача с блюдами пополняется очень быстро, официанты работают шустро,повора готовят очень вкусно, прям волшебники кухни, порадовало наличие буфета. Три лифта привозят отдыхающих на 13 этаж без задержек. У нас в номере сломался замок в двери, отремонтировали очень быстро. Экскурсии предлагают на любой вкус. Наш экскурсовод, очень приятный молодой человек, Алмасхан, героически, в дождь, провел замечательную, с огромным чувством юмора, запоминающую экскурсию, ответил на многочисленные вопросы. К морю спускались на лифте, вид с этой пощадки изумительный. Пляж чистый, мусор не валяется, если морюшко выкидывает палки, ветки и прочую ерунду, все сразу убирают. На пляже есть кафе Пингвин, где мы в первый же день пробовали обалденный хачапури,в последующие дни ходили туда как на работу за вкусной выпечкой и ароматным кофе. Ещё один ресторан на пляже с одноимённым названием так же посетили, чтоб не уехать без шашлыка. Это место запомнится нам надолго, успехов персоналу и огромное спасибо за вашу работу!

Two impressions remained from the rest at the boarding house, they were in August 24.
It is a very beautiful place, the air is clean, the sea is gorgeous, clean, even if there was a downpour on the coast, there was no mud. Remoteness from settlements is a plus for some, a minus for others, but if you compare, then silence, the absence of entertaining floating attractions, such as bananas, boats - this is undoubtedly a big plus! Recreation is for the elderly, the young will be bored.
We lived in a renovated room, air conditioning, a hairdryer (there is no mirror), a refrigerator on the floor is one for everyone (complete wildness), there is also a kettle and a hairdryer shared on the floor. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor, which pleases. The room is very small, there are hangers, but there is no closet where to hang things on these hangers ((( The balcony is large, there are chairs, but preferably also a table would be put. The view of the mountains suited us perfectly.
In 2 weeks, if you wiped the floor 2-3 times, then it's good. After living a week, they "caught" the maid so that, at least, the towels were changed(((
In the dining room (positioned as a restaurant), they did not indulge in variety, sometimes something was delicious, but the same thing gets boring, we went to a restaurant on the beach. There were often not enough cups and cutlery. There were young people working in the hall, of course, they tried, but still they had to be told that it was impossible to grab the dishes from under their hands and reach across the table with food. There are reviews that vacationers were poisoned and about not fresh food, I will say that I, with my sick stomach, never felt bad.
There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, people have to borrow in advance.
Until Madame the manager came out of vacation, there was peace and quiet. When she appeared, scandals began, not only did the lady yell at the workers at the vacationers (not pleasant), she also sent them to throw things off the deck chairs, everything fell into a pile. Firstly, it's not hygienic, and secondly, why do people have to carry all their things with them when they go out for lunch? Among the vacationers were the disabled, the elderly, and families with three or four children. Instead of such wild behavior, wouldn't it be better to increase the number of umbrellas and deck chairs? Moreover, the territory is more than it allows! There are a lot of problems of unsettled conditions in the boarding house - that's where you need to direct energy! Yes, in the end, it was necessary to organize cleaning on the beach, we had to collect it ourselves, it is clear that vacationers are "piggy", but nevertheless it is the responsibility of the administration. On the beach, toilets, showers, paths are all in terrible condition, mold, dirt. There are empty shops, why not let fruit sellers in there (they traded there earlier, until they were kicked out by the same manager), now vacationers are forced to walk a kilometer to the barrier or go to the market in Gudauta or Gagra (((
The policy of the madam manager is this, if dissatisfied people come to complain:"You won't come - others will come." At the same time, the vouchers are not very cheap.
I wish this boarding house had a good business manager!

Отдыхали с 22 мая по 3 июня 2023г. Понравилось ! Очень замечательное месторасположения пансионата в мюссерском заповеднике, где насчитывается более 800 видов растительности)), если пансионат соединят с территорией дач Сталина и Горбачева будут очень живописные прогулочные зоны ! Пляж сочетает песок, гальку и нависающие кроны сосен, чистейшая вода, имеются лежаки и зонтики .Питание,в огромном ресторане, простая, но разнообразная и вкусная. Большой подогреваемый бассейн. В пансионате идёт ремонт, но отдыху это не мешает, наоборот мы рады, что идёт такое развитие пансионата , надеюсь на цены это не повлияет в следующем сезоне))). Весь персонал внимателен,доброжелателен.Единственный минус : нет хорошей детской площадки!!!!!!! Очень надеюсь, что будет, ведь детей много приезжает!!!Администрация обратите на это особое внимание!!! Звезду за это в этот раз снимать не буду! На следующий год планируем вернуться!

At the reception, the receptionist talks through his teeth. The rooms are terrible, there is only a shelf in the bathroom, toilet paper is on a barrel, there is nowhere to hang a bath towel. Watermelon was given 2 times. And then we got only crusts. You have to go to the checkpoint for fruits, it's about 30 minutes on foot. But since the boarding house has no territory, all this road is used for walking. Umbrellas are naturally not enough for everyone. The beach chairs are mostly broken, but if you try hard, you can find a whole one. You can not borrow them, you will face a fine for this. But everyone does not pay attention to this and leaves towels. About fines, they are for everything, for late delivery of keys, for taking food out of the dining room, for smoking on the balcony, for sun beds. There are only signs with fines everywhere. Animation can be said no. The animator is trying to entertain somehow, but he's no good. The only plus is the beautiful nature and the sea. We were lucky, the sea was calm and clear all the time. It was stormy for only 2 days, and at that time they did not know what to do with themselves. Because apart from the sea, there is nothing to do there at all. With this quality of service, prices are very high
