They called and explained the situation. We received an answer that the administrator made a mistake, we will make a 15% discount on the next order, which we no longer want to make. Because the pizza ends up with a strong smell of yeast, and with a raw dough. Thank you, but this was the last order at this establishment.

We ordered : draniki (very greasy, they taste like old butter, which was fried more than once); poke with chicken (tasteless and spicy); pizza Margarita (the most common of all the Margaritas that I tried, rather tasteless, they tried to season themselves, add salt, did not save); onion rings (the picture is like with draniki), a box with potatoes and chicken, cabbage salad (if you are very hungry, you can eat it). I didn't like any of the dishes. There's a lot of competition, it's much tastier! I don't think we'll order any more here.

We ordered earlier - there were no problems.
Today we made an order at around 5 pm at 6.30 pm ... at 18.47 there was no order. They called to clarify. They said that the intern had lost our order. This means that we were hungry and sat and waited in vain. They offered a 15% discount!! and they said that the order would be delivered in 30-35 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called again to clarify where the food was, and we were told that the courier was just leaving...
The quality of service was lame.
Either it is better to select interns, or do not throw off shoals on them.
There is no limit to the indignation.
Answers like "thanks for the feedback" are like a go-ahead.
