I repaired a lot of pairs in this repair, the percentage of defects is about 30, i.e. every third pair will come apart in the same place where they repaired exactly 3-5 socks. They redo it for free- there are no questions, but it's a shame for the time spent!
Some deadlines are called for repairs, but they are constantly violated and fed breakfast
