⭐️ It’s not an easy place to rate. On one hand — finally, a restaurant in Russia that truly serves healthy food. Clean ingredients, minimal “zero” products, and no hidden bad oils or sauces. The menu deserves a solid 4/5 for concept and selection. ✅ Food quality Carb sources are excellent — sweet potato, mashed potato, buckwheat, rice — all clean and well prepared. Breakfast options are great too: eggs, omelettes, guacamole, avocado, spinach sauce, and fresh vegetables. Everything tastes clean and light. ❌ Portions & value It’s almost impossible to get a meaningful amount of protein from a single meal. Chicken portions are 60–70 g, fish barely 60 g, and no real lean steak cuts. To reach 40–50 g of protein, you’ll need three dishes, costing around 2000 ₽. Healthy food, yes — but poor value for the money. ✅ Service Friendly and polite, but expect some waiting time. I was the only guest and still waited 15–20 minutes for food that arrived cold and clearly pre-made. ✅ Interior Visually clean — Nordic-inspired colors, wood and tile mix, pleasant lighting. The toilets are also clean and well kept, which is a plus. But the furniture design makes no sense: low chairs and high tables make it uncomfortable to eat properly. ❌ Music & atmosphere Pop music on a weak sound system, completely out of context for the concept. It kills the mood instantly, despite the clean design. --- In summary: ✅ Healthy, clean food ❌ Small portions, poor protein value ❌ Awkward furniture ❌ Music kills the vibe Still, a good spot for a quick breakfast, light lunch, or post-workout meal. Value isn’t great, but I’ll come back — it’s close to my route and finally a place that serves real healthy food. My total rating is 3.5 ⭐️, though I’m being nice giving it 4 ⭐️, mainly because they actually serve what so few places here do — clean, healthy meals.

Не раз проходила мимо данного заведения, и почему всегда думала, что еда на пару(как мне казалось), не может быть вкусной. Как же я ошиблась!!!!🤭 Пару недель назад муж предложил сходить. Интерьер светлый, просторный, в приятных пастельных тонах, разное зонирование залов. Изучив меню, честно говоря, я была в шоке от разнообразия. Захотелось всё (не преувеличиваю). Я взяла себе кабачковые блины, с форелью, муж- черные пельмени с морепродуктами (почему то в меню на сайте не представлены). Как же это вкусно, нежно, необычно. 😍😍😍10 из 10. Взяли десерт из пяти мини десертов - очень удобно, так как хотелось попробовать все))). Чизкейк и карамельно-ореховый крипсер завоевали моё сердце навсегда!❤️ А какой американо. Мы с мужем подчеркнули, что такого вкусного, насыщенного американо, давно не пробовали. Мы остались очень довольны. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, доброжелательные, приветливые все. Отмечу, что случайно взгляд попал на девушку за баром, которая тщательно разглядывала стаканы на наличие пятен перед тем, как подавать их посетителям. Благодарю за такую заботу и внимание. 👍❤️Это пишу потому, что не раз сталкивалась с грязными приборами и пятнами на посуде в заведениях.
