I will describe the situation ......07.04.2024 my wife and I went to the above salon to purchase a phone – the cost is 899 rubles. They asked if there is an installment plan (the site also indicates that there is a 0% installment plan), they answered yes, max.24 months. We decided to take a phone with a prepayment of 200 rubles. They asked about the guarantee, they started to cheat, it seems like there is, but you can issue an additional guarantee, they asked: how much will it cost, the young man replied: there is nonsense 2p. a month, we thought 24p a year, 48p in 2 years. we agreed.
We started looking at the documents after registration..... the total amount is 1361p. it was a shock!!!!! We looked at the check for the cost of the phone somehow, instead of 899 rubles. it became 1049 rubles, an additional guarantee of 209 rubles. (although they said 2.r per month), without an agreement with us, they added some kind of access to an online course worth 45p.!!!! They glued the glass for 10p, although they did not warn that this service is paid! I asked the young man a question: why don't you inform, but just personally add paid services, to which I received a boorish answer: I don't see the need to inform you! Also, when I asked the young man why the price in the receipt was not 899r as on the price tag, but 1049r, you would have put 5000r, to which he again rudely replied: they did not put 5000r simply because they felt SORRY for us!!!!!!!!! The product was returned to the salon!
Result:
1. Instead of installments (although we talked about installments), they issued a loan at 13.5 percent per annum!
2. They cheated on the additional guarantee, which cost 209 rubles in total. and not in 2p. per month.
3. Personally, without the consent of the buyer, they included additional options worth 45 rubles in the price (they could not even clearly explain what it was).
3. They do not warn and do not consider it necessary to inform about paid services.
4. The value of the goods in the receipt does not match the value on the price tag.
5. Extremely disrespectful and boorish treatment of the client!!!!! (the amount was not written in the receipt anymore only because they felt sorry for us And did not see the need to inform the buyer about anything).
No more steps into this salon!!!!! They are deceiving people!!!!! Be careful, ask everything yourself, check everything!!!!
