Still, the staff decided to sell at the price indicated on the package, but it didn't make the mood any better, they spent an extra lot of time.
They offered advance installments without overpayments, there was a surprise at the checkout again and the price was several times higher again ("small overpayment" - consultant)
At the moment they did not understand why they were giving us an aerogrill and an electric car, after numerous refusals they were still talking nonsense, instead of talking about what we were really interested in.
We will definitely not return to the store, it is better to go to another place, from where you will leave with a good mood from the purchase.

Almost 2 years ago, I took a phone in installments. I paid monthly, even made an early repayment. When taking the installment plan, I was informed that I was on maternity leave and the amount was approved and the model based on this. After 6 months, the phone stopped working and the battery died. During the repair, they said that there was a factory defect and they sold me a defective phone. Since I was not in Minsk at the time of the breakdown, I could not apply for a replacement phone under warranty or refund. Then I had 2 pregnancies and I was banned from traveling. That's how the phone's warranty burned out. I continued to silently pay installments for such goods from month to month.
Now they are threatening me with court, they are calling me, threatening my mother for a delay of 10 days on the payment after the New Year holidays, they took advantage of the situation and quickly added 100 rubles to the payment on the 11th day. Despite the fact that the staff talked to me last week, they still called my relatives without calling me and threatened to go to court. Boorish attitude and rudeness. And this is considering that the installment payment was 250 rubles before closing. Almost 2000 BR has already been paid.
Even if you have an urgent need, do not take goods or installments from this store, they work according to illegal schemes and threaten.

I bought headphones as a gift today, paid off, just came out and saw that there was no film on the box, opening the box, I saw that there was also no protective film on the headphones themselves, and the box was dirty (I do not exclude the fact that the headphones could have been used or a fake was attached). When I went back into the store, the male consultant answered me rudely, "Of course, we opened them and showed them to people. We're not going to put the film back on." As it turned out later, this is the sale of goods in an improper form and it is forbidden to sell such goods. As a result, the husband went to return the money. After clarifying the violations, the money was returned. But these headphones were put up for sale again. And most likely they'll just give it to someone. Thank you for responding in a rude tone and a spoiled mood.
