It's a very nice hotel. The breakfasts are good. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, large beds. Daily replenished supply of water, tea, coffee. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The balconies are designed so that everyone has the sea on one side, the mountains and the city on the other. On the 22nd floor there is a beautiful swimming pool with a bar, not super large, but sufficient and comfortable. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the sea. The beach is gorgeous. If you are flying here with a transfer to Guangzhou and the transfer, for example, was 18 hours, then the airport provides overnight stays in hotels, it is very convenient, our hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious with large beds and breakfast. At the checkpoint, they tell you where to go, fill out a piece of paper, then the operator enters it into the computer, then the counter is 50, they take the bus to the hotel, take a taxi back, everything is free, if it's the first time, don't be afraid.

Check-in 17.10.2025 Our first day was wonderful! We checked into a cozy Deluxe City View room. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We slept soundly, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was served with a huge assortment of dishes (from the usual and exotic ones) - thank you for the delicious dishes and for the opportunity to choose! We would like to thank the entire staff who serves the guests! We will recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice. We had a rest from May 25 to June 06. We lived on the 6th floor in room 607 with a sea view. Geolocation is great, everything is nearby, but what mattered a lot to us was the silence of the night. It's not far from the sea and you need to cross the road, as in all Nha Trang hotels (this is a survival quest). The pool is small, located on the 22nd floor. The breakfasts are good, we had enough. The biggest disadvantage is the hotel sun beds, there are only 4 of them!!! We took paid ones. The room wasn't cleaned very well, maybe because we didn't tip (we don't tip almost anywhere). Generally not bad.

We had a rest in October 2025, the hotel has 3 rooms. The rooms are small. Some are after renovation. The bedclothes hadn't been changed during the vacation, but when we moved, we didn't really notice. Cleaning every day. The rooms do not have balconies. It makes no sense to buy a sea view below the 20th floor. The location is good. At the reception, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes for a simple question. They'll talk to the translator for now. There is no hotel guide, apparently they do not practice this. If you solve any problems, everything takes a very long time and is not effective. If you bought a certain number, I advise you to go up and see it first, because it is very difficult to change the number later. There are wires sticking out in the pool, it's creepy, but we swam. At the pool, you can order food, the food is for money,delicious.

We had a vacation in Vietnam in August 2025, and stayed at the Nagar Hotel. A 4-star hotel is a stretch. The breakfasts are monotonous, it's fine for ten days, and if it's longer, it's better. As soon as we checked in, we took pictures of dirty bedding, a broken door stop, and something else that was shown at the reception desk. An hour later, everything was fixed, otherwise they like to hang on tourists and demand money. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every three days. On the top floor there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. The water is clean. A perfectly normal hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the cleaning was done every day, the towels were fresh, a room with three beds was allocated for a family of three, two of which were tightly pushed together, mattresses and pillows were on fire, the head just touched and immediately fell asleep... the only caveat was that small goosebumps periodically ran around the table, but they didn't bother much, the view from the balcony on the 16th floor was normal, a piece of the sea was always ours, the air conditioning was great

The room was advertised with a balcony, but we got a French one, 0 of it is useless, there is nowhere to dry things, 1 towel hooks per person. The TV channel is only 1, there seems to be a lot of breakfast, but after 3 days there is nothing to choose but eggs. Coffee and tea are cold! A lot has been written about the location, I agree, but I wouldn't come back here a second time! For me, there was also a plus, it was breakfast from 6 a.m., very convenient!

Visually, everything is fine. Close to the beach and restaurants. But! That's all of the advantages. The declared private beach consists of 5 umbrellas for the entire hotel (do you like fighting at five in the morning with your compatriots? Then go here). Breakfast is meager (you can find a standard set of eggs, toast, cucumbers and not always ripe fruits; instead of coffee, fuel oil. There is no milk, only condensed milk). If the windows do not open in rooms without a balcony, then there is no fresh air option as such. Hence the smell of damp from pillows and towels. Our room has not been changed, the windows have not been opened. The refrigerator cools slightly, does not freeze (if you have medicines or cooling elements for transportation, they will not save you in the heat with such cooling levels). They don't clean well. The floors have not been wiped even once in the room. All the problems are thrown at the tour operator (although we travel independently) and they smile. That's where the help ends.

Nice hotel. There were rich breakfasts in March 2025 (juices, soups, meat, dumplings, vegetables, fruits, cakes, fried pancakes and scrambled eggs, coffee, tea). The room was always cleaned every day. They gave bottled water. Linen and towels will be replaced in two days. The rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar are provided accordingly. We had a rest here from 17 to 27.04.2025. The hotel is tired. We lived in room 705: the curtains are dirty, the light bulbs are partially lit (the room is dark), the towels are partially gray. As we wrote earlier, there are inconvenient places for storing things (I thought it wasn't important to me, but it turned out to be really inconvenient), there are no hooks for hand/face towels. There is no liquid hand soap, just a small ordinary one, but there is no soap dish for it. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in reusable bottles smelled the same, I concluded that they were the same product, the smell was very unpleasant for me. The breakfasts are average, more focused on Asians, but you can find something to eat. During the first 2 days of our stay, the fruits were varied: watermelon, banana, dragon fruit, passion fruit. And then there is only one option for edible fruits, often watermelon and other unknown ones that no one really ate. Regarding umbrellas and sun beds on the beach: there are only 5 umbrellas, no more than 12 sun beds. Therefore, you should not rely on them. I also forgot to add that it's really 250 meters to the sea, but 500 meters to the sun beds. Rent of an umbrella and 2 sun beds 200 thousand. By location: yes, it's really good, but it's just as good as dozens of hotels in the area. Would I visit this hotel again? No

I've never written negative reviews, but this hotel doesn't even deserve one star! Senior Deluxe rooms with a balcony and a company of 6 people were purchased from the Anex tour operator. Upon check-in, 4 people from the company were accommodated in rooms of a paid category with a balcony on the 19th floor. My husband and I get a room on the 17th floor, without a balcony, the neighboring rooms are renovated on both sides, there was no spotlight in the room, a faulty safe. Attempts to change the room at the check-in stage were unsuccessful. The reception said: All questions are through the tour operator. We managed to contact Ilya, Anex's representative. I would like to note his assistance and concern. Being in another country, he made it clear that he had transferred the contacts to our hotel guide David, who would contact us and resolve the situation..... We saw David only the next day, at a meeting at the hotel. I don't even want to say anything about this Anex employee, this person just takes a place in the company. His response to solving our problem was: Write to me on WhatsApp. I would really like to warn future tourists of Nagar, if you find yourself in a similar situation, you should not count on the help of a hotel guide.
