I liked the hotel, it was intimate, but in a very good location, next to the Suleymaniye Mosque and next to the metro station. The breakfasts are modest, but quite edible. The only thing is, I'm an early riser, and I sacrificed breakfast (they're from 8 to 10). The breakfasts themselves are on the top floor with a view of the rooftops of Istanbul. The hotel, of course, requires renovation, but it is quite suitable for unassuming tourists. The windows of the room faced the street - and in Istanbul, as you know, the day begins at night))
But even this did not spoil the impression - after all, the color of the city
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I would recommend it and repeat it myself.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all attractions. Nice staff. The street itself, on which the hotel is located, is not particularly attractive, it may even be alarming.
The rooms are small, but we had enough space with two suitcases. It was very noisy with the window open, but the room had air conditioning, which saved me.
It was the same thing for breakfast, but it was enough, without variety and chic.
A good hotel for an overnight stay if you come to spend most of your time on the streets of Istanbul.

The location of the norms.all types of transport are close.all the sights of the central part of Istanbul are within walking distance.The rooms are not suites, but they are normal for an unassuming tourist.the water is flowing well, the toilet was working properly.rchdom has a place to eat.during my visit, a girl from Turkmenistan worked, speaks excellent Russian, you can ask for help.breakfasts are monotonous, but to have a snack for a start is quite normal.

we chose it for a long time, we were not mistaken
The hotel is located in the center of the European part, close to historical attractions.
From the airport, you can take the metro with one transfer (first on the M11 branch to the final "Gayrettepe", then transfer to the M2 branch to "Vesnegiler") — if you do not need a transfer or decide to save money. Then five minutes up and you're there.
The hotel is good, on a solid 4.5.
We took seven nights with breakfast, we didn't regret it. Standard room with one large bed. The windows looked at the house.
From the one provided in the room:
• air conditioning (we were in autumn),
• bed,
• bedside table, wardrobe, table, chairs,
• the mirror is large,
• tea/coffee, kettle, cups,
• towels,
• slippers,
• soap, shampoo, shower gel.
The room was cleaned every day.
We left after breakfast, returned after sunset, and when we arrived, it was always clean.
The breakfasts are hearty, Turkish)) very tasty!
The staff is excellent, the receptionists speak English))
Let's go back again, definitely!
There is a TV — there are channels in Russian.

- Location! It is indicated everywhere that this is Fatih, but it is very similar to Laleli. The area is quite dangerous, it's scary to walk down the street in the evening. Most of the way you have to pass through the market and empty dark streets, and in the evening there are no people there. It's not my first time in Istanbul and I know it well, but in this area I walked in circles along the market streets for several days. If you are traveling for the first time, choose a hotel in the Sultanahmet area, there are more lively streets.
I concluded for myself that I would not go to this hotel anymore just because of the location. Even the locals said that this area is far from calm.

The hotel is on solid 4. The breakfasts are quite decent, the staff is responsive.
The mattresses are good, the pillow didn't suit me personally.
The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. There is a great coffee shop nearby
Among the disadvantages are high humidity in the bathroom and mold under the window sill

The hotel itself is good, the room is cleaned, the breakfasts, as in the usual 3, do not differ in anything beyond natural. Many reviews write about the good location and proximity to attractions. If you came to see Sulaymaniyah for 1 day, then you are here. If you decide to see the whole of Istanbul, then you will curse the location of this hotel. You will need to get to the ferries or trams (and this is the main transport that you will need) on foot or by taxi. The road will exhaust you so much, especially when you are tired after walking around Istanbul, that tears come to your eyes, because you need to walk to the hotel for 30 minutes on foot, almost always uphill. A taxi is unlikely to be lucky for you, since for them it is very close and they will not bother, well, or pay a round sum for a 5-minute drive. In the evening it is very scary to walk, the streets are deserted, there are no people, the road does not inspire confidence, so we returned to the hotel closer to 20 o'clock. Conclusion - do not skimp on a hotel, choose Sultanahmet, there is a whole transport interchange, people even at night . I don't set foot in this hotel anymore ( the hotel itself is good , there are no complaints at all). Don't spoil your vacation with the location of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Everything is there: beds, air conditioning, shower, toilet, hair dryer.
The breakfasts are monotonous, there is one menu every day. Only salads have changed: but it's still a vegetable salad, it's just that today it's with cucumber, and tomorrow without cucumber. But there are 3 types of salads only. 3 types of cheese, one type of sausage, omelet, olives. There was also a dry breakfast: milk and cereal. Dessert from a cupcake, with either a portion jam or a portion honey. Tea, coffee, juice (something powdered). But in general, you can eat enough. The bed linen may have holes (on the pillowcase, for example). In the toilet, in the toilet bowl, there is a hygienic shower with cold water.
Kondey stopped working a couple of times, or rather to chill, but when contacting the reception, everything was repaired in front of us. They didn't even turn on the TV and didn't know what was on TV. Wi-Fi works in the evening when all the tourists in the rooms sometimes take a long time to load.

Great hotel. The price/quality ratio is excellent. We settled in immediately, booked but for two, as a result we were given a room for three, which is very cool because there is much more space) the breakfasts are normal, it will do to kill hunger before lunch. The location is convenient, 5 minutes walk from the metro, 10 minutes to the tram stop, from which Sultanahmet is two stops away. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is also a plus. The staff is polite and pleasant, unobtrusive. Overall, I recommend the hotel!

I was not pleased: the bed linen and towels were gray with age, the furniture was shabby, the mold under the window (which I washed myself). Perhaps this is not the worst option in the old city for a small amount of money, by Istanbul standards. But if I understood better what I would get for the requested money, I would prefer to pay extra for comfort.

A small hotel, but the rooms are already in need of renovation, everything is covered in dust and dirt (behind the beds and in the corners). Mold near the windows due to humidity in winter. The bathroom is too old. Otherwise, it has a convenient location, there are many cafes, a park and an aqueduct nearby, there is a small shop nearby.
