I signed up for a French jacket online, and the receptionist gave me a palette of colors to choose. The master came with a displeased face, did not say hello, did all the work in silence, if I was distracted by the phone with one hand, she did not ask to give her the other, she was stupidly silent and stopped working. For the first time, I felt guilty for having my nails done on my phone. Then she did all the work, but she didn't draw the jacket. When I asked if she would paint it, I got the answer "you didn't tell me about the jacket!". She didn't ask. It turned out that it was the administrator's mistake, which did not tell her what kind of manicure she was doing. A strange approach, of course. The master again didn't say anything, just drew a greasy white jacket, especially on her thumb, and silently finished the work. For all 80 rubles. If I'm paying that kind of money, then at least I want them to be polite. I don't like conversations at manicures myself, but it's elementary to have pleasant behavior from the staff if you want to keep customers. I don't want to go back. I think no one there will be upset))
