Do not sign up for eyelash extensions in this studio! On January 12, at 13:00, I was booked into the salon for eyelash extensions to master Darian. I arrived, we discussed everything, I had an old withdrawal. I had the extensions I asked for: 2D, open, brown, 0.07 thick, Avital eyelashes. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours. During the procedure, the master constantly asked personal questions, although my answers were short and clear, as I do not like to discuss personal things. In the process, my eyes stung a lot, not because they were slightly open, but because the eyelashes were glued to the skin, the mucous membrane twitched and swelled. I asked several times to blow out my eyes, but they told me to wait.When they finished and began to comb their eyelashes, there was a pronounced pain of the eyelid skin. There was no hair dryer in the office. I looked in the mirror and saw that my eyelashes were pointing in different directions, there was no line, and when I lifted my eyelid, the mucous membrane throbbed with pain because the eyelashes were glued directly to the skin with glue. They also didn't give me a brush, they said it had been thrown away. They replied to my words about the pain that I was a client and did not understand anything.I went up to the receptionist and showed my eyes in person, but I heard the same thing. After that, I explained that I myself am a master with five years of experience and came, trusting in the indicated experience of a specialist. I chose the studio because when I opened the recording app, it was the studio that came out first, and I trusted the description. We agreed to take it off, but the master just got dressed and went home. They gave me tweezers, and I tried to separate the glues, but it only hurt more. Later it turned out that the master was visiting, and the office was designed for sugaring and did not have any eyelash extension equipment. The total amount was 14,500 tenge. I offered a compromise to leave 5,000 to the master for the materials and return the rest. I was offered a makeover and a trip to another branch, but I refused and insisted on a refund.
