Cool studio, master Olesya is very friendly , the most wonderful manicure master! Does everything as accurately and efficiently as possible. She greeted me hospitably. I also want to note that the master does not bother with annoying conversations and adapts well to the client. All her equipment is sterile and her workplace is very tidy. The manicure is worn wonderfully, nothing cracks or falls off. I recommend this master to everyone!

I recently visited and I have only positive impressions!
Firstly, the atmosphere in the salon is very cozy and relaxing.
As for the manicure, Master Eva turned out to be a real professional! She found an individual approach, took into account all my wishes and offered some interesting ideas. I did the job quickly, but very efficiently. The nails looked just gorgeous!
I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of materials and varnishes. All instruments are sterile, which indicates a high level of hygiene and customer care.

The administrator is a separate conversation. Instead of solving the client's issues, he is rude, argues and imposes his opinion. Complete lack of customer orientation.
If you don't know how to communicate with people, maybe you should reconsider whether you are in your place. The job of an administrator is not about arguing and defending your case at any cost, but about service, customer orientation, and the ability to smooth rather than AGGRAVATE.
So get on with YOUR business - improve the service, monitor the atmosphere in the cabin, and increase the level of service. And if it's beyond your strength
- give way to someone who knows how and wants to work with people, and not take out their ambitions on them.

I was not denied a pedicure, the master offered to do a Japanese manicure, which I liked. But I still decided to contact a podiatrist, especially since the administrator told me that you do not specialize in this field.
When I wrote to you, in order to clarify whether the master who said that I had onycholysis was right, the administrator clearly showed his displeasure in the correspondence. I just asked why it was impossible to present the information in a different way. You said yourself that you don't specialize in podiatry. So how can you give out "diagnoses"? If you re-read the correspondence, you will understand that I wrote to you without negativity.
The manicure I had at the last studio was really poorly done, which the administrator of the last studio fully agreed with and offered me a 50% discount on the next visit, I refused.
