The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. A large well-maintained green area. The beach is clean, almost deserted, through a non-intensive road. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, both shallow, with a maximum of 1.4 meters. One of them is partially with a nice sand. The breakfast menu does not change, but it is quite extensive. The prices in the hotel restaurant do not differ from street prices. The rooms are standard. They clean very well. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel offers tranquility. For entertainment, you need to go south, which is not cheap and long, but upon returning you realize that you are in paradise. It's great with the kids!

A great massage parlor! The rooms are not poorly cleaned, towels are changed every day! I was shocked with beach towels, no one limits the number, no shift, at least every hour. Knighton beach is one of the best, there is a zone of trees where you can go into the shade in the heat, the sand is excellent, the entrance is smooth, there are not many people. The beach is across the street! An excellent massage parlor, slightly cheaper than the hotel one, at the exit to the beach on the left side, there is also a local shop nearby, and currency exchange! We had a rest in March 2023. With children of two and six years old. The territory is wonderful: buildings around the elephant pool and around the playground and lawn. Not a passing yard. Pools for every taste: a children's pool with a sandy beach and variable depth, a pool with elephants has children's areas. There are plenty of sun loungers, although they are habitually occupied in the morning. Towels by the pool can be changed constantly. The showers and toilet are nearby. Inflatable circles of various sizes are free of charge. There are toys for sand too. The food in the dining room is traditional, we visited, we came again to close (10 o'clock) to eat watermelons. From entertainment: billiards, two tennis tables, a library, karaoke, tables, chairs and a few toys in two children's corners. There are very few animators-there are a lot of children. There is a small shop in the hotel, there are many makashnits on the way to the sea, fruit carts, a cafe and a pharmacy. To the left on the road, there is a cafe with a Russian menu for about ten minutes on foot: cutlets, dumplings, dumplings, borscht tried -very well. Mom's at the cafe... a little further on, a very tasty Tom Yam. The prices are about the same, it's cheaper on makashnits, but there are flies. It's a long way to civilization, either with a guided tour or by taxi. The sea was amazing, in the morning without waves and plankton, after lunch it bites the waves who like to swing. Free towels for the beach and pool, can be changed to dry ones an unlimited number of times. Along the road they sell fruits, roast meat, pancakes. The sea is just magic! We were on the islands - and decided that our sea in Knighton is even cleaner and, most importantly, not crowded! We went to all the cafes for lunch, decided for ourselves that it was most comfortable in Wiwans, cheaper but a little longer to go to Tony. If it is absolutely budget - there are always kebabs and fish and even potatoes on the makashnits. This is a place to relax, not to hang out. Everything about hangouts or shopping malls is very far away. And do not believe that a taxi takes 20 minutes, eternal traffic jams, you will drive for two hours. The biggest disappointment is the tour from bibilioglobus, don't get fooled! A day of rest and two hundred bucks thrown to the wind: the road is in traffic jams, the islands are littered with tourists, respectively, the water is muddy as soup, on each island there is a divorce with paid sun loungers and in a boat we were rammed - almost on each other's heads. Live in Knighton! Everything is there for happiness, do not go anywhere, take care of your nerves and money 🤣

Once I found a small gecko on the ceiling in the room, went to the reception, called special staff to catch such animals, but when I returned to the room, there was no trace of it. I understand that for them it is like pets for us, but I am categorically incompatible with everything creeping. We kindly provided a similar room on the same evening without any additional charges. Just don't forget to close the balcony ;)) Otherwise, everything is just great. I thought the lack of infrastructure on the beach would be annoying, but it turned out to be even a plus, otherwise the beach would have turned into Anapa. A line of powerful trees helps to escape from the sun, there are few people, a spacious coastline with clean sand and an open ocean opens up to the eye - therefore, the sunsets there are simply fantastic. The hotel is located in a tiny area of Knighton Beach, predominantly Russian families with children predominate, and everything falls asleep there until 22:00) so if you are traveling alone or with a cheerful company, do not expect stormy evening entertainment and dating, it's to Pattaya or Karon/Katu as a last resort. But if you choose between a hangout place (where, as a rule, there is a dirty crowded beach) and a great hotel with a clean beach, I will choose the latter. I went alone and I really liked everything.

The air conditioner works well, but it's noisy. Breakfast with a sufficient assortment (pancakes, waffles, eggs in different types, burgers, porridge, soups, yogurt, fruit salad, watermelon, sausages, chicken, rice, noodles, coffee from the vending machine), high-quality. I was upset by the lack of cappuccino, lemon, cheese. The Internet is working, but weak. The staff is friendly, they were settled immediately at 12 o'clock. Room cleaning is good, towels and pillowcases were changed every day. Beach towels in unlimited quantities. In the ninth building there is a library and a gym, high-quality exercise equipment, there is other equipment, there are no mats. Minus for a large number of animals, including midges, mosquitoes (they took fumitox from the house, which solved the problem) and large cockroaches that crawl at night, both on the street and in the hotel. One crawled right into the room. It was very scary to be in the room, especially to sleep. There is a dump near the hotel from the doors of the second and third buildings, after the rain it smells very unpleasant and, apparently, cockroaches crawl from there and mosquitoes fly. There are dogs on the beach. They can go to the toilet right there.

Cleaning once a day. The staff is smiling and helpful. Breakfast starts at 06:00, which is a big plus if you are going on an early departure tour. I really liked the hotel. The territory is quite large, there are two swimming pools. One is of regular shape: a rectangle with two additional shallow baths with gushing jets. Another whimsical shape with islands and a piece of sandy beach. The area is very clean. The rooms are very free, all with balconies or terraces, if on the ground floor. Plumbing is no frills, but it works very well. There is one restaurant and a cafe on the territory, but during our vacation the cafe was not functioning. Our tour included only breakfast. Breakfast is in the format of a Swedish table, all days are absolutely the same. You won't be hungry - besides fried eggs, there are pancakes, Viennese waffles, local soup, all kinds of cereals, sausages, pieces of chicken, rice, spaghetti, juices. I didn't have enough yoghurts and cheeses. It seems that Thais do not eat them at all. Yes, there is another cafe at the exit from the territory, where you can order pizza. We took it twice with truffle sauce, very tasty. It is convenient that you can buy food on the street, bring it to the hotel and eat in the room, at restaurant tables and even by the pool. No one objects. I liked the fact that beach towels are provided in any quantity as many times a day as you want, and they can be taken outside the hotel when you go to the sea. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed, and the bed linen, in my opinion, was simply rearranged. The sea is two steps away, you just need to cross a small road. There are no sun beds, umbrellas, toilets on the beach and, in general, nothing but a tap with water, you can wash your feet. We weren't lying on the beach. We took a swim and went to the pool on a sunbed.
