Good evening! I work with the wonderful trainer Alyona in individual classes. A very sensitive, attentive coach who was able to develop an individual program for my needs. Attention and a great sense of humor create a soulful atmosphere. And professionalism makes classes so important and necessary for my body. I am very glad that Alyona managed to instill in me a love of yoga in just the first few classes and easily explain the importance of exercise specifically for my health.Many thanks to all the organizers of this center for the comfortably organized place and professional approach!

A great yoga center. Beautiful center, everything is clean and tidy. polite staff. Excellent instructors. There is a subscription for all types of classes to choose your own type of yoga. They consult quickly, but it is impossible without an appointment because there is a limited number of people for the lesson.

A wonderful yoga center, the only one so big in Mogilev, they also have a branch on Pushkinskaya.I've been studying there for several months now, and I want to say that this is the best place and the best teachers. When I first came here, they helped me decide on classes and chose a convenient time, while they have a super subscription that is not tied to the time and a specific teacher and direction.After a month of visits, my back stopped hurting and this is with sedentary work. This is the place where you want to come back again and again, you feel comfortable and relaxed here. I definitely recommend it , especially for those who have a sedentary job

I have always dreamed of going to yoga and one day I found a pleasant comfortable place - Namaste, a place where you can relax both body and soul) there are many directions, different teachers. You can choose an activity that is comfortable in terms of workload and convenient in time, relax after work, spend time in silence, alone with yourself, your thoughts, in the company of pleasant people. The place is not bad. There are many instructors and directions, you can choose for every taste. Everyone is very attentive. The hall is large. If not a lot of people are engaged, then it's generally great. But when there are 18 people in the hall, it's too much for me personally. And there's a crush in the locker room.

I recommend it to everyone! I bought a third subscription, I attend classes on Sunday yoga mix on Leninskaya and on Wednesday yoga Iyengar, I also attended a March retreat with Tamara Amrita. Everything is great!

I've been doing yoga at the center for a year now, the doctor advised, so there were health problems. After 3 months of classes, the condition improved significantly. Thanks to all the instructors for their hard work, wonderful atmosphere, and convenient schedule. I recommend it to anyone who does not yet know where to go and what to do!!!!

I've been wanting to start doing yoga for a long time! I studied at home, went to different centers and clubs, And somehow I didn't have enough for long) Although the desire always remained! But when I came to the Namaste Yoga Center, I realized that it was all wrong! And the center is what I was looking for! Since I absolutely did not understand where to start? Which direction is mine? I tried everything at home, but there was no sense, I did not feel inner satisfaction and did not see any special changes. There is a large selection of directions and teachers in this center! There is a trial subscription for doubters like me) According to which I was scheduled to visit 7 different directions and teachers at a convenient time for me! And yes, I found mine!!! And for this I am very grateful to the administrator for the detailed answers and to the Center as a whole!!! I'm doing yoga for women with Svetlana Olenskaya! What do I like about her classes!? - Constant progress! And of course, her very set of practices- designed for both internal and external recovery or keeping fit! I saw the result in a couple of weeks! I practice 2 times a week and always run to practice with great pleasure. Perhaps this is the best Yoga Center in Mogilev!
