My favorite center with such cool and professional teachers! Cozy halls, convenient location. It's great that subscriptions are not tied to classes and time, you can study at any branch. The administrators are friendly and helped me choose an activity for a beginner (for my mother) and for an intermediate level (this is for me). I also want to bring a child, it turns out that children's yoga is also here!! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart

My best purchase is a subscription. The prices are affordable, especially if you buy a subscription for a long time. A very convenient recording system, you can go to any instructor on convenient days, each one is special in its own way, there is plenty to choose from. My choice is Elena (classical and power hatha), each lesson has some new asanas, it doesn't happen that everything repeats itself. Phillipova has her own atmosphere, very relaxing and magical. I also like Inna Shakti's classes. In general, there was no such thing that some instructor did not like the lesson (it seems that I have already been to everyone on Pushkinskaya Street). Every class at the center is greeted by the wonderful administrator Elena, who surprisingly remembers everyone by name and is attentive to everyone. Periodically, there are some retreats, raffles for the holidays, and at one of them, in a win-win lottery, I came across a certificate for back massage from Irina. Irina has her own style of work, she liked the massage. Namaste is not just a gym class, but a full-fledged community of like-minded people, which I was lucky enough to be in, and to which I confidently invite everyone. I've done yoga at home before, but Namaste is exactly 10 times more effective, a lot of attention is paid to breathing, concentration, relaxation.. In general, we take care of the client even in small things: there are cotton pads and sticks in the bathroom to fix makeup, if necessary. It's a small thing, but it feels good! And small things , and it adds up to a full - fledged 5 out of 5
