I strongly do not recommend this construction company. The contract was signed back in 2022, but the construction has not yet been completed. The first year was spent allegedly on legal issues, the demolition of old facilities and the constant change of contractors. It's been 3 years, and the apartment has not been handed over to us. Now they promise to complete the construction by the spring of 2026, but it is already hard to believe. In fact, the company simply froze our money for many years, not fulfilling its obligations. If you don't want to face the same thing, think twice before contacting them.

Awesome LCD , there are children.playground , parking , enclosed courtyard , security , cameras . 3 blocks are planned , so far only A block has been completed and B block is being built , of course noise is tolerable

I'm upset this is the second time they've let me down, they promise one thing, and you come and wait 1.5 hours to hear something completely different. The parking was calculated in installments, then they said 100% payment is a VIP place , and they have already played cat and mouse several times . Everything is very suspicious . How will it be with the apartment now I'm already wondering if they're scammers?

Приветливый персонал. Довольно красивый офис продаж. Цены на квартиры не для среднего класса конечно, но персонал отзывчивый и приветливый.

Отличный жилой квартал именно для семьи) там созданы все условия для детей разных возрастов, но также не забыли и про взрослых для которых также много плюшек) кстати, квартиры сдаются с ремонтом) рекомендую)

Будьте осторожны, одна из мошеннических компаний, строительство не ведется уже 2 года, договоры с людьми не выполняются уже 2 года, условия договора рассчитаны только на выгоду застройщика, тех кто вложил деньги купить квартиру не могут получить квартиру уже 2 года, стоимость их денег за 2 года сильно обесценилась в результате инфляции.
