When installing the router, the company used the wrong cable when laying it across the street. Water got into the cable, which then ended up in the router. They said they would only be able to replace it in a few days. Urgent replacement is paid, cable replacement is also paid. Regarding the refund of funds for bug fixes, the company does not respond. They gave me the number of the subscription department, but they don't answer. Is this fraud or extortion when a client needs to pay to fix a company's mistakes? Maybe the wrong cable was laid on purpose from the beginning? They're rude and snide in the call center.
