I liked the hotel. We had a rest from October 24 to November 2. We lived in a Premier Villa. Room cleaning is excellent, daily. Fresh towels and plenty of bottles of drinking water are always brought. Beautiful well-maintained territory. There was a lot of Indian food for breakfast, but we had omelets, pancakes with cheese, and sometimes baked potatoes, so we weren't hungry. We had lunch and dinner mostly at the Little Palm Cafe. Everything was delicious. We liked everything, we would like to return to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from February 9 to February 22, 2025. We had an improved room on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms in each cottage, two on the ground floor (standard) and two on the second floor. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a fan, no hairdryer in the room, a shower cabin and all necessary bath accessories: a disposable toothbrush with paste in a craft bag, a razor, a comb, soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. There are two chairs on the balcony. The rooms are very ergonomic with a large comfortable bed, a huge blanket, and four pillows. There is an extra pillow and a blanket in the closet. There is a kettle with accessories: tea, coffee, cream and sugar. The closet is comfortable, there is an iron and ironing board in it. For two weeks, our room became a cozy home for us...Special thanks to the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The water in the room was put on two liters every day, if necessary, it was heartily added as needed. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is designed as a street system, the occupancy rate of the hotel could be estimated only at breakfast, because during the day people dissolved into nature. Breakfast is served from 7-30 to 10-30. The food is delicious, and there are watermelon, bananas, and papaya fruits. The food was varied, and no one stayed hungry. The territory is clean and well maintained. Access to the beach is through a gate, which is opened by a security guard and records the room number, time and number of exits, also in the opposite direction. There is a wet area at the entrance to wash away the beach sand. The pool area is equipped with sun beds with umbrellas, a shower, and an attendant who provides towels is sitting in the booth. The pool is clean, the bowl is medium-sized. Going beyond kalika to the left, two minutes along the sand, you can go to the beach past a couple of shops, in one of Sasha's you can change the currency at a good rate and buy beach accessories, souvenirs and pearl jewelry. Sasha speaks excellent Russian. People are not intrusive and friendly. So, literally after walking for two minutes, you go out onto a wide sandy beach to the warmest sea. Yes, the hotel has its own menu, you can order room service. One breakfast is included in the booking A huge advantage of this hotel is that it is the first line and at the exit to the beach there are three Shaka (local cafes that are equipped with sun beds with umbrellas, towels) with excellent staff. The cafe has a wet area with a shower and toilet.

A good hotel, rated 4 stars, generally consistent. The territory is nice, there is a swimming pool, but we have never swum there. The rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms are spacious, ordinary, but not small. The breakfasts are of the same type, but you start to get used to them))) There is no Champagne in the morning if someone prefers it in the morning). I've been there three times, it's a good hotel for Goa compared to others. The road to the beach is about five minutes, there are a lot of shakes on the sea, the prices are very affordable.

One of the best hotels in this place. Super rooms, service, staff, breakfasts, location, cleanliness. I've been to many hotels in Goa, and this one is ranked in the TOP 10 hotels. Well done, only prosperity! I recommend it!

This is a great hotel! Very cozy, beautiful and inexpensive. Very conveniently located. It needs to be caught, as it is almost always on the foot - it is always loaded. We only managed to book for the second year 4 months before the trip. I think the hotel has provided us with a quality vacation in GOA. Highly recommend it!

Nice cozy hotel on the first line.It is about 100 meters from the gate to the beach. As soon as you go to the beach, there are a number of cafes. The first one on the left is "Little Palm Tree"-good food, clean, if you eat with them-sun beds, umbrellas for free.In the evenings, the tables are taken out to the sea and you have dinner, admiring the sunset.Excellent staff, speak Russian well, help with all questions, the best guy is Jabet. It will solve all the issues. The Internet at the cafe is free and unlimited, connected at the first request. There are a lot of fish on the menu (they even ate a shark) and other seafood.

Nice hotel. Secluded, calm. Two territories with shallow pools. But! There are a lot of mosquitoes!!! We took fumigators at the reception. The breakfasts are very monotonous and more focused on Hindus (of whom there are a lot, especially on weekends). There is nothing to do in the hotel! Just go to the beach, which is nearby! By the way, a very nice beach (without cows!) There is nothing near the hotel (to the nearest "civilization" or go for 30 minutes, or go (by taxi 5-7 min)

We got a good room. Clean, air conditioning, fan, kettle, tea, coffee, water. Couldn't watch TV)) there were no Russian channels. The hotel is very well located. Three minutes and we're at sea. The road to the sea is a bit rubbish)))) the breakfasts are so-so. We stopped having breakfast at the hotel because of dirty plates. And for some reason, we were constantly ignored at the scrambled eggs distribution. They preferred to serve Indians first of all. But there is always a choice! And we had breakfast and lunch and dinner on the beach in a cafe. Delicious and not expensive. Overall, the impression is good! The sun and the sea have done their job 😎😎😎

We lived in the villa, practically alone. The pool turned out to be almost private, with direct access to it. They lived in a different area from the main building. Quiet and peaceful!

The location is for an amateur. The nearest village is Kol-va - 30 min walk along the beach or 10 min by taxi. But it is quiet, calm and there are almost no annoying merchants. On the way to the beach (100 meters)-2 shops. In the one on the right, you can change dollars and rubles at the normal exchange rate. The territory of the hotel is small, but beautiful and well maintained. We took breakfast - from the "you won't stay hungry" series, but there is too much Indian for our taste. However, 90% of the tourists are Indians, 5% Russians and Germans are British. The room was so-so - periodically flowed plumbing and poorly regulated ancient air conditioning. The room has a mini fridge and a kettle, a large bed, a balcony. The windows faced the street, but it was quiet. The sockets are English, three-phase, take an adapter with you! The beach is good! There are several shekas (cafes), the assortment is approximately the same, we settled in the first one to the left of the exit to the beach, there are a couple of guys who speak Russian quite decently. We needed a beach relaxation, and we got it, fine.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and cozy. The territory is not large but beautifully maintained, the breakfasts are normal, you can choose for Europeans. The only disadvantage is that upon arrival I had to pay $ 50 to be settled earlier, although there were a lot of empty and cleaned rooms. Well, the water in the pool is just boiling water, you don't swim much.

The whole complex consists of two protected fenced luxury areas, separated by a narrow driveway. The main area has an administration, a restaurant and a huge breakfast room, 2 swimming pools and other infrastructure and several villas. On the second floor of the dining room there is a banquet hall, where events often take place- celebrations of something, even a local wedding was seen. In the second protected fenced area there are about 16 two-storey villas, 20 two-storey lower class 4-star resorts, 1 swimming pool. It's quiet here all day long, there's no one to even make noise. Each territory has 2 entrances with 2 guards on each. Here you can sign up for an excellent massage, according to the price list prices vary depending on the type of massage. There is a lot of choice. We signed up for a day for an aroma massage with a SPA procedure for 5500 .INR (5000 r) for two. It was a delightful massage for an hour with abundant application of aromatic oils. Massage from the tips of the toes to the head, including the head and face itself. The skin of the face became silky after a long massage. After another 10 minutes, we took a SPA in the shower, where steam was launched. Indian massage is sure to please everyone. The advantage of this hotel is a quiet family beach 5 minutes away.walking.

In the southern part of GOA, this is one of the best hotels on Betalbatim Beach. I highly recommend it for families with children. Good breakfasts, room service, and the most important advantage is its proximity to the ocean, 50 meters to the beach. The beach is with white, crisp sand, the entrance to the ocean is gentle.

Quiet, clean and cozy cleaning every other day is 50 rupees and you are in chocolate even asking what to bring an Indian minus star cook, the beach nearby is cleaned every day, an inn and sun beds are available. I ate on the beach, your sunbed for the whole day.

The hotel is cool in everything👍location, 30 min from the airport, 5 min beach, well maintained, breakfasts are normal, we were not hungry, we cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, water 1 liter per person, tea, coffee, sugar, dry milk, every day in the room, wifi is normal, responsive staff, however, they speak Russian poorly, you can understand, they talked, you go out the gate, you go in, they ask for the room number, safety first of all, does not bother, I recommend, an excellent hotel, calm, clean, cozy

Clean, cozy, beautiful. This applies to the territory, the room, the restaurant. There are many Indian families, corporate parties and weddings are held on the vast lawn. Vacationers are not bothered, unless of course the room in the bungalow is on the lawn. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. Drinks at parties are paid, there is a whole three-person commission for accepting money and issuing alcohol coupons, there is no animation, there are no Russian-speaking showmen. the staff basically understands what the guest wants, they do not speak Russian. The exchange at the hotel is the worst, with 100 dollars you lose at least 500 rupees. Exchange it at a shopping tent on the way to the beach. The beach is 200-300 m from the hotel fence, the territory is under guard. The village is a 30-45 minute walk along the beach, a luxurious promenade, a clean beach (cleaned, the car drives and washes away by the night tide), clean sea air, 200-250 rupees By taxi. The village is not cleaned.

I stayed at this hotel twice for NG 2018 and 2020 (this is my tenth visit to Goa). If you are too lazy to read further, then my review is 99.9% positive. If you are going to Goa for the first time, then you will learn something useful from the following. The hotel is not cheap for its 3* and, according to my observations, is in great demand among middle-class Indians themselves, and this is a good indicator. It is located in the village of Betalbatim on the conditional first Indian line, i.e. almost on the beach. The beaches themselves in India are state-owned, so no hotel has its own shore, be sure. From the exit to the shore no more than 100m. For comparison, the neighboring Coconut Grove – 200m, Alagoa and Goa Vilage – have 3-4 tram stops. The nearest shopping malls in Kolva with fruits, magnets, pharmacies, ailavgoa T-shirts, Ayurveda, alcohol supermarkets, jewelry, nuts and others are about 1.5 km away on foot along the beach. If you are too lazy to go back with your legs, then a tuk-tuk will take you for 150 rupees (bidding starts from 200). The door to the beach / hotel will be constantly opened to you almost immediately by a security guard. Outsiders are not allowed in, although the only "pass" is the password-rumnumber. From 23.00 it is possible to enter the territory only through the main gate. The territory itself, by the way, is a sample of cleanliness, well-landscaped, landscaped, does not contain bells and whistles, does not break off, has everything you need, for example, immediately after the beach you can wash off the sand from hooves and horseshoes. Check-in is very rude, of course: before 14.00, even if there is a room, they will not give you a bummer with breakfast on the day of arrival in the morning (breakfast provided for the day of departure is not postponed, and the dry bread is only a blackened half-banana and a bun), but you can avoid all this by paying $ 31 to the registry for check-in, Yes, and they will be allowed to play nice. Both times there were numbers marked as "delux". What's the joke here, I don't know, because they are all located in 2-storey buildings with 4 rooms each and have the same layout, except that the condos in the deluxe are wall–mounted, and in the Nedelux they are window-mounted, although built into the wall? The rooms are clean, not empty, spacious, have a third bed inscribed in the general interior, comfortable for one person up to 170 cm tall, a balcony or terrace with chairs, contain a safe, updated tea/coffee with accessories in the form of a kettle, spoons, mugs, two liter bottles of water are also provided daily with water... But a hair dryer is not provided, but you will be given or brought in at the reception. The tap water is kind of clean enough to brush your teeth. Nothing happened to me, thank the gods. There is WiFi in the hotel, there is enough speed to comfortably and stutter around the DAC with your homeland, but you will not be able to download the same video clip quickly, the sites also load cruelly slowly. The reception is good only at the reception, there is a confident connection in the room every other time or not during rush hour. However, they say that there is enough Internet for Instagram narcissism. The service in Goa does not expect to be fast at all, but in this hotel the speed is the highest. After cleaning the room, everything was always without complaints / reminders. But! Keep in mind that the staff at all hotels in Goa is thievish, because you keep some small change either in a safe or under lock and key in a suitcase. For example, a bellhop will easily ask you for medicines, even a patch with blunt scissors was once half-filled by beggars. It's useless to deal with it. This time, the bag for wet beach rags from the sportmaster has sunk into oblivion))) Grub. Do not expect variety, this is not Turkey, uniformity awaits you in the hotel, but you will not stay hungry. In Goa, it makes sense to take only breakfast, and then eat in shacks on the beach, it is easier to catch rotavirus in a production canteen at home than in them. Basic hygiene measures should be enough for you. In case of hypochondria, carry an antiseptic gel, pharmaceuticals (enterofuril, furazolidone, levomiticin and white charcoal), as well as throw a blue after a meal and / or at least Coca-Cola, even mold does not start in it. In Nanu, the breakfasts are standard for Goa: scrambled eggs /omelette, boiled eggs, oatmeal, two types of cereals, sausages/hash browns/chicken (randomly), some kind of beans, white and black bread, some kind of national ersatz bread (puri and something like that, but not naan), pancakes/fritters, some tasteless cookies, instant coffee, tea in a chifir tank, milk, that's all. There are no yoghurts, cheese and sausage cuts)) In short, I like the hotel

I've been to the Nana Resort three times. Yes, maybe the renovation in the rooms was not done yesterday, but the overall impression has not changed. The hotel for 3+ keeps the brand. Especially in terms of the restaurant. Last time we lived in a villa. A separate territory with a gorgeous swimming pool, a large balcony and no one there.

The location of the hotel is good. It's about half an hour from the airport, away from the noisy streets teeming with locals and dogs. The description "family" is completely suitable for him. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace. The reception staff understands Russian.

A hotel for a relaxing holiday. Everything is very slow and long. The rooms, although it is written that they were renovated in 2017, are dilapidated. The villas are old, with broken equipment inside. There are a lot of badgers on the territory. The sea is 150-200 meters from the hotel.

A very nice hotel. A beautiful, well-groomed area.Delicious breakfasts. Close to the sea. A reasonable price tag. Four for the following (purely quibbles): 1. Arrived in the morning, breakfast is not given for free. I understand that by all the rules of the hotel business, they are right. But... the same Ala Goa did not suffer from such bullshit in previous years. Always fed). 2. There is no mosquito net on the windows, Carl!!!!! I can't stand condos. I don't want to feed mosquitoes either... and at home there was a double-sided tape and a roll of mesh. Keep in mind! It will come in handy here! :))) 3. To be honest, the third point even pleases me (but not the second person) - THERE is NO RUSSIAN CHANNEL! I would continue to rejoice at the absence of a campaign, BUT! I consider the lack of a Russian-language channel to be disrespectful to Russian-speaking tourists, who make up the majority of vacationers. And, alas, he does not read the flash drive with his favorite movie. 4. You can dial in small things. There was no fumigator (they asked for it - they brought it). There is no hair dryer (even the Dishman one) - we decided not to even ask. I repeat, in general, the hotel for 3 * and the price tag is very, very decent. And what a gorgeous part of the beach here!))) in general, the impressions (except for the above-mentioned grumbling) are the most positive:))))))

I do not advise you to relax on holidays, money spent in vain, the hotel includes an additional fee, the cost for the holiday is 5- 6 thousand. and it does not warn that alcohol is not included in the payment. You have to pay the same money for the children. We spat on this holiday. It's up to you, of course.
